Nope. Apple's website clearly says that wi-fi hotspot is only for iPhone 4.

Im with Virgin Media (UK) only on their lowish tariff...

Speedtest.net says (even with downloading the file and general web use) download speed of 11.20mb/s so can't imagine that its me!

Did you click on the Direct Link, or the sub links? When I clicked on the Deposit File link, it gave me a wait time of 3hrs, but when I switched to the direct link I only gave me a 30 minute wait time (and I'm already done and have already started downloading the iPhone 4 file with 40 minutes to go).

This may be a dumb question, but Home Sharing works both ways, right? As in I can stream music from my iPhone to my Mac without my iTunes library and listen to it there?

Also, anyone else think these iOS sizes are getting ridiculous? iPhone 4 version is almost 700 MB. I hope iOS 5 introduces small, wireless updates, rather than requiring an entire reinstall of the iOS.

I have not been able to get iTunes on my MacBook to find my iPhone to share from. So it's only one way, Mac to iOS. Please someone correct if I'm wrong.

You can already do this if your iOS device is plugged into your computer.

I did a "Option + Update" in iTunes and the Multitasking Gestures are still there.

Did you have a beta build previously? I also assume this is iPad only.

It's inconvenient enough that I won't bother. It would've been cool to have my library automagically appear on my MacBook just as if it was on it, without having to do anything.
