For Javascript performance, yes--the new Javascript engine in Safari is for all devices running 4.3.
I've installed it just now and multitasking gestures ARE there. They feel a bit buggy though, so probably won't be pushed out to public.
You don't need a dev account. I just downloaded xcode and plugged in the iPad and said use for development. When it asked for my developer credentials I just clicked cancel. Works great.
the gestures are there - after restore you need to activate "device for development" using xcode.
for the safari strings here is what they sent:
Safari:

i dont remember if Safari build was always with "6" infront, anyway i think it does not have metter

Could somebody test if this home sharing will wake an iMac or Macbook from sleep?
I know the remote app does this.

dont know if this is new or not, but seems you can stream various options (see screenshot), so if you have airport and apple tv you got this options:
(i ment that you can stream audio only too - for example if you have good stereo connected to your TVset and you miss airport)

I would expect it would have to be awake, as your library disappears from the Apple TV if your iTunes goes for a nap...

Nothing AirPlay works, everything has to be updated. Were at the mercy of the app developers and web developers.
Don't know if you're alone in that regard, but I am definitely not with you. Big, big functionality coming in 4.3: App developers will be able to utilize AirPlay to stream their apps to Apple TV. Think of the possibilities:
--My MLB app can send its video to my big screen.
--NetFlix directly from the iPad to your TV
--50" Angry Birds!

If the mac is set to 'wake from sleep for network access' the remote app can wake it up wirelessly when needed. I do this all the time for airport, because my macbook is upstairs asleep a lot of the time.
I was hoping for similar functionality.

Does it give you access to WiFi sharing too? I tested earlier versions on a 3GS (I haven't had chance to update to the GM yet), and whilst it showed personal hotspot as the name, it only allowed connection over the old methods of Bluetooth and USB.
Except for the fact that no other site works.
