Seems beta 2 contains references to a new Apple Watch model (I'm sure we'll see a MacRumors article all about it soon). YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT THEY'RE GOING TO RELEASE A NEW APPLE WATCH MODEL JUST LIKE THEY'VE DONE IN THE PAST‽ MIND BLOWING!

None of my apps that use UIWebView or WKWebView were broken on beta 1. And they all seem to work on beta 2.
Twitter didn’t work for me! Couldn’t sign it because it didn’t show the pages

Weird bug when changing settings in a Phone menu sub-section, after getting back to Phone menu the available options duplicate 5-6x down the screen.

Will file a bug when I can duplicate and document the behavior...
Had the same happening for me in Beta 1 but couldn’t duplicate the error

So there is no vibration for iPhoneX when unlocked? Don't see any vibration for my iPhoneX.
[doublepost=1529435773][/doublepost]On iPads, the menus have been fixed from stretching from left to right. They are now centred again.

How about a deep press on the alarm clock app to disable all alarms. I'm one of those people that set 50 alarms to wake up, and I'm tired of having to turn them all off individually.

Anyone else have an issue with the dock and folder backgrounds? All of the sudden mine are a dark gray vs the white as usual.

You won't see an MR article about it, actually. We already know new Apple Watch models are in the works so it's not surprising to see hints in the beta.

Hopefully this update fixed the GPS bug on the X

i really hope so as well. my phone was a real turd on my trip this weekend and heading out for another week long vacation this weekend and really need gps to be somewhat correct.

edit - looks like from other posts the gps issue still exists. that sucks. fully accept that junk may crash on betas, but i don't recall any past betas having a bug this major. for now i'll use a paper map and the north star.

I've got the same thing here on an iPad; not sure if it's a bug or intentional. I've never been a fan of the light grey folders and really think they just need a design overhaul, but the darker grey at least helps apps within them pop more.

"There are multiple known issues in the second developer beta of iOS 12"
I think I will skip this and wait for BETA 3 - it seems like a major regression and my Ipad PRO it's working great with the current beta.
How is it a regression? There were MANY more known issues with beta 1, and lots of problems have been fixed.

Not sure if reported but the green and blue text bubbles within the Messages app, on my iPhone X, are a bit darker than before. Hope it's not a bug... I like it :)

Another new thing i notice is a spinning network activity indicator in the top right of the statusbar on iPad. Looks out of place.

Anyone else have issues with the Springboard crashing (/becoming a ticking time bomb waiting to do so) when taking multiple screenshots over any given period of time? Haven't tested it extensively but seems to be gone in beta 2.

Honestly, imho, I hope they don't release this as a public beta — so far this has been worse than beta 1 for me. I've had 2 random resprings and CarPlay works ... but doesn't support music or phone calls in the background (just goes silent) and disconnects every time the backup camera turns on. Just downgraded to beta 1, hoping for better luck on beta 3.

I’ve been having troubles sending MMS, I’m on sprint. Under settings it shows my number as Unknown. You too?

I'm on Sprint too, and was having issues with MMS, voicemail and group texting.

Also, it was showing "Unknown" for my phone number on Settings > Phone > My Number, which might be related to texting/voicemail issues.

Plus, every time I plugged it into my Mac, iTunes said there was a carrier update, but then it would act like it was updating and still prompt for the same update every subsequent time I plugged it in.

I ended up downgrading after a day or so, mainly due to texting and voicemail issues.

I don't normally mind testing out betas, but crippling existing features that worked fine previously makes it a no go for me until they address those issues.

On iPhone X, by the way.
