When will iTunes be updated to include Apple Music? It's a week away...

Is there a new version of iTunes in 10.10.4 or will iTunes be updated separately?

Hopefully.
With apple music they are finally basically forced to get iTunes on macs sorted, especially for iTunes cloud music.
I am not even using iTunes on my mac anymore because every day iTunes wakes up with an empty library and you have to turn on "showItunesPurchases". Sometimes that option isn't even there and than you have to restart iTunes a couple of times or sign out and back in with your apple ID. It essentially makes it useless if all your music is in iCloud.
Surely they must address this finally especially with Apple Music around the corner.

I think iTunes will eventually be abandoned. Adding Apple Music to iTunes is just an interim solution. Eventually, there'll be a Music app for OS X like there is for iOS.

I downloaded the public beta of 10.10.4 and there is still no update to iTunes so it looks like it'll be updated separately on June 30th.

I recently signed up for the Yosemite beta. Once I upgraded to the 10.10.4, my serial number is now showing unavailable. I recently acquired a brand new (to me) Macbook Pro 15.4" Retina. My coworker was approved to get the new model 13" MBP Retina with Force Touch because the 15" was a little to large. He had only had this 15.4" MBP since 12/2014. I downloaded the newest version of Yosemite, wiped the drive, as I always have done and started setting up the OS and trying to login to messages and Facetime and I could not log in. I found some forums that stated check your serial number because Messages and Facetime now use the serial number for authentication into the messages/facetime servers. Sure enough, the serial number says "Unavailable". I know for sure this computer has never had a logic board replacement. Has anyone else experienced this?
