I imagine with most any issue it’s not just you but haven’t heard of any wide spread issue for m1s with updates. Mine always show up the second I check in preferences after being notified by mac rumors on my m1I'm glad this isn't an "only me" issue as it was driving me nuts.
Haha I imagine you mean none of the issues you care about have been fixed but something they didn’t release an update with 0 changesNO issues have been fixed. on the contrary, there have been new problems.
Like what?NO issues have been fixed. on the contrary, there have been new problems.
The video demonstrates the change made in the latest Safari TP. On the left is the latest Safari 15.1, where as on the right is the latest Safari TP Release 135.Weird it seems to for me. When just scrolling normally in the preview vs regular seems much smoother.
trackpad issues are unresolved. that's the biggest problem for me. i can't use the device. I don't have any expectations of innovation. my only wish is that my working devices do not break down.Haha I imagine you mean none of the issues you care about have been fixed but something they didn’t release an update with 0 changes![]()
It's not. It is literally not.Weird it seems to for me. When just scrolling normally in the preview vs regular seems much smoother.
oh wow didn't even know this was a thing, assumed my hub's chip was just incompatible with the new MacBook Pro I have. works in 2.0 mode but not 3.0...I hope they fix the issues with third-party USB hubs.
ive not had any issues backing up to time machine in Monterey. in fact its quicker than ever. What issues are they? Glad I didn’t install this new macOS yet.
Downloading now...fingers crossed!I hope they fix the issues with third-party USB hubs.
They never give any useful info on what real bugs they fix or don't. Just fluff stuff.Let's hope they're also aggressively fixing problems with Time Machine and memory leaks.
Are you reporting all these "issues" to Apple through all the available channels?NO issues have been fixed. on the contrary, there have been new problems.
We all have been asking this...Why is safari still not 120hz scrolling when they advertised the news macs as supporting it!?
I never hard this bug until...this beta 2.Does it fix the trackpad swipe with three fingers when menu bar is shown? That's a rather annoying bug.
Edit: not fixed.
Because apple just doesn’t care anymore they release half backed products nowWhy is safari still not 120hz scrolling when they advertised the news macs as supporting it!?
yes I did report. I have been reporting since non-public beta versions. Are you reporting all these "issues" to Apple through all the available channels?
Don't want to jinx anything but Time Machine has also been fine for me on 2020 M1 MacBook Air.ive not had any issues backing up to time machine in Monterey. in fact its quicker than ever.
to have new problems in the most up-to-date form.Like what?
Well it was introduced in beta 2 I think (didn't have it before) and not fixed in beta 3. Here's hoping for beta 4.I never hard this bug until...this beta 2.
There is hope for us with issues! ?Seems like a restore should be fine... I'm not doubting others are having issues of course, but I didn't have any major issues.
It did take forever to do the first backup (I setup my new MacBook as new instead of restoring from Time Machine.) And by forever I mean days and days maybe a week or two, I forget. This is to a network Time Machine drive connected to another Mac but still I wouldn't expect it to take more than overnight. Two days max.
A good recent articleHoly ****, they need to fix memory leaks bad. m1 iMac that force quits safari and pages every 2-3 hours is really starting to piss me off. I don't care how long it takes to get universal control anymore, just fix the goddamn memory leaks.
