Can you try that again? Can't even understand what you're trying to say here.

From what I understand is that the stocks App Launches after a reboot, he knows how to quit the App but after a reboot it's there again.
(Might be wrong though, Might be Stocks in side Bar.)

Solution is easy...System Preferences>User & Groups>Login Items>remove stocks App

I’m System Preferences, under your account, see if Stocks is set as a Log In item. If it is, uncheck the checkbox next to it.

Mac OS 10.15.2 and iOS 13.3 continuity on receiving calls is all messed up ... I don’t see it as an item they’ve addressed

You sure it’s not downloading and indexing your system like it has to do on a new machine?

Positive.. Mac Mail is jacked up if you have an Exchange or Office 365 account. It causes major CPU usage issues. Basically your computer becomes unusable, especially on battery. Less than 60 minutes of battery on a 1 year old MacBook Pro.

Totally. Lots of stuff running that I never use. Have to jump through hoops to disable.

A simple startup manager so I can boot “macOS Light”. Would be welcome.

It would be insanely great if Apple devotes some effort to maximize performance and minimize memory consumption. We should not have to rely on Macfanscontrol and Lingon to control fan speed and disable unncessary daemons, it should be builtin, as in Windows.

Use Automator to set up the Terminal commands to kill the processes you do not want, and save the script as an app. Then use your account Settings to run that app each time you reboot. Been doing this for a long time - slightly annoying as you likely will be prompted for your admin pwd, but unless you reboot a lot, it is a very livable situation.
