Give me a list of 10 released in 2022.
Flagship: Sony Xperia 1 IV (like all the previous mark models have had them). Samsung dropped all 3.5m on all their flagships, Xaomi did on most of theirs as well.

Again list me 10 released in 2022 flagship or budget that is available in N.America or globally if you'd like.

  1. Moto G22
  2. Moto G82
  3. Redmi 10A
  4. Redmi Note 11
  5. ROG Phone 6
  6. Galaxy F13
  7. Galaxy A23
  8. Galaxy M13
  9. Tecno Camon 19
  10. Xperia 10 IV (Yeah since Sony headphones are a big market for them, it would be foolish to NOT have a headphone jack on their phones as that would hurt their headphone sales.)
I can keep going

The majority of Androids still use jacks. #BringBackTheHeadphoneJack

I'd wait... They're about two years old now.

I've got a pair, and while they're great they don't support lossless audio (launched after the headphones), they need to migrate to usb c, and they need to get better at switching between devices if you've got a lot of them. At times they just get non-responsive and need to be reset since they won't connect to anythj.
If you use it wired it's pretty much 24bit 48KHz lossless. It does have a digital to analog to digital conversion so it's not technically completely lossless but that different is so minuscule that even audiophiles shouldn't be able to hear the difference.

And they need a better case,
I have found the Max to be the exception for needing a case because of its all-metal build. I have had other higher end headphones that cracked or developed creaking sounds in my backpack despite being in a very sturdy hard shell case, but I've used the Max naked for almost two years now (without the bra) and the joints and arms are still as solid as ever. If Apple releases another one I wouldn't mind if they skipped the case altogether.

So uh yeah, eat [CENSORED] memoji profile pic. The majority of Androids still use jacks. #BringBackTheHeadphoneJack

10 is NOT a majority of Android smartphones, not even close so you can keep your #shiz and add frosting, since you also use a memoji of sorts regardless of what you wanna call it.

Facts:
247 Androids released in 2022 have a 3.5mm jack

359 Androids released in 2022 do NOT have a 3.5mm jack

908 Android phones released in total in 2022:

Where on earth did you learn to do math?

Also Samsung makes the same phone and makes minor changes: Galaxy F13, Galaxy A23, and Galaxy M13 is essentialy the same phone with minor changes, thus not NEW phones just different spec of the same phone really.

I don't understand...so they'll release the Airpods Pro with bluetooth 5.2 without an iPhone/mac to support the technology?
I'd be very interested in moving to a wireless semi-lossless setup, but if my new macpro/iphone 14 pro aren't compatilbe, that would be idiotic.
New iPhones (obviously) will also be concurrently out, and they will assuredly support the technology. New Macs are also IMO likely in October that would also support the technology.

As much as I enjoy this product, I have to strongly agree with this … along with 12,000 others apparently. It’s a travesty how poor call quality is on them, so frustrating.
Perhaps a travesty, but certainly no surprise. Why would anyone, ever expect a wireless mic up by their ears to perform as well as a hardwired mic at chin level?

Yep this is totally convenient on my $1000 phone.

Can't wait for the vanilla iPad to lose it's jack and I gotta start doing this crap with it too.
who charges their phone while carrying it around? I don't see the issue really

Certainly a strong point, as much as I don’t like to admit it. 🤗
Being just a layman consumer level person I was probably just engaged in wishful thinking, to want the advertised “noise canceling” to be not just for myself in my ears, but also for people I’m on the phone with. Oh well.
Yet another reason for me to slowly get on board with “the future” which continues to be using our phones as “phones” only on rare occasions. And doing so only when sitting at home with no fans or other noise.

My vehicle lacks CarPlay. But the iP sitting on the steering column shelf below the speedometer cluster works great for hands-free comms. A MagSafe charging pad plugged into 12v sits under the iP and holds it in place.

That effortless mobile charging is pretty much all my iP13 Pro has ever needed (YMMV). And the MagSafe never gets clogged with pocket lint like the Lightning connector does.

The cheap wired earpods Apple used to give away with iPhones still work very well for voice, IMO thanks to having the unique advantage of placing the mic physically reasonably close to one's mouth. None of the wireless versions do that (except for some pricey hard-to-find headsets with real boom mics), which is why I have not yet purchased AirPods. Perhaps Apple will work magic (like they did with original HomePods) and the next AirPod iteration's mic may work well enough for us to lose the PITA cord.

Oh I forgot wireless charging exists. Yup you can also do that while listening to wired audio.
