I can already guarantee you this will be a disappointing offering.

They don’t have enough of their own content and they continually try to drive to hard of a bargain to ever have a compelling channel package, ala YouTubeTV and others.

I'm wondering what needless restriction they're going to put on it to punish their customers.

Audio only streams to HomePod? iPad Pro required to sign up? Can only change channel with a S4 Apple Watch?

I’m hoping for a total hardware resurrection like every serious hardware manufacturer is doing on a yearly bases. No excuses this time. Either you’re in or you’re out of the hardware business but don’t sell years old crap as if it was new

Wanna transform into a service company? Be sure to play nice with other hardware manufacturers and support it across the board.

You mean those hardware companies that are constantly struggling to meet tiny margins and have horrible service experiences? The ones that Apple competes with currently by remaining in the top 5 despite not playing in their sandbox? The ones that have to eat a fortune in aging inventory? Yeah, sounds like a GREAT plan.

Lol

Perhaps they’ve decided that since the Siri remote sucks you’ll have to have a HomePod to control the AppleTV 4k+ .... which of course is the only streaming box that will work with the new streaming service.

I wish people would just stop this "Apple can give you this great all you can eat...... etc etc" non-sense.

Does Apple bundle iTunes match and Apple music; that would make sense? Nope, they don't.
Does Apple bundle iCloud back-up and Apple care; that would make sense? Nope, they don't.

Apple have come out and said they want to increase revenue through subcsriptions but those wide-eyed fools still believe Apple are going to go for "bundles".

Why should they bundle these two services? If I have Apple Match I'm only paying $25 a year. If they bundle it with Apple Music, now I have to pay $120 a year. Just use Apple Music and turn on iCloud Music Library. It's basically the same thing as having Apple Match.

Will Apple finally announce a good desktop computer that doesn't destroy your bank account?

Don’t know what company you’re talking about but I find the Apple museum getting bored and tiresome.

It definitely appears to be an event focused on the new streaming service... but I WANT it to be focused on the new Mac Pro! Mac Pro, historically, has been known as the filmmakers' Mac. So I think there's a chance!

IMHO this is a major moment for Apple.

Coming off of multiple quarters of Mac sales dropping ??? and iPhone sales dropping as well, because of price (iPhones) and dumb hardware decisions (MagSafe gone, lame keyboards, touchbar, dongle hell, and throttlegate).

If they roll out this new service and it becomes a flop.....aka HomePod take 2, I predict non-die hard Apple fans to start moving away from their products. Apple music has been successful because it is riding on the Apple hardware success and the fact that the only real competition is Spotify. I think the interface on Apple music is a disaster much like iTunes is today. The video subscription market is full of a good competition and will be a whole different game.

Personally I have zero plans to ever buy a Mac again. I will purchase a new iPhone because it is the better of two not so fantastic choices.

Can we have an Airpods update please?
I’m waiting for the event to see if they get announced. If they do, I’ll buy/preorder them along with an Apple Watch band I want. If not, I’ll just get the current AirPods.

Has anyone ever had to replace their Apple Watch sports band that came with their watch? Just want to know how long I can expect it to last.
