apple sent me an extra 17 mbp. What should i do?

i think it has already been decided what he did guys. he called them and they said that they were going to get back to him.
They sent me an another one by mistakeI dont want anyone from apple to get fired. Should I call them? I wonder if I could get a reward.
This happened to me once - they find out and will bill you.
It'll probably be like a year of mobile me or something worthless like that.

Good God, what the blazes is with you people? Keeping things (expensive things) that do not belong to you is theft, pure and simple. I am horrified at the number of "keep it" responses in this thread. Is this board entirely populated with 16 year old children?

you are right, am 16 and am learning to keep things that apple will send me eventually when i buy something from them.

I don't think Apple will give you a reward for doing what is right. You want to return it. No one at Apple will get fired over an extra 17" (unless they are on the way out anyway), but they could decide to charge you for the second 17" when they find out.
I hope you do know that it's not only children that would "keep it". Surely you would of known that if you were a "mature adult".

The world is what we make of it. And looking at the amount of individuals in this thread who think they're morally justified to keep it, it's no wonder the world is in such a sorry state.
How is this theft? Seriously? They sent him something, the OP never took anything that wasn't his. He's not harming anyone.
So if they sent him an iPod shuffle (not expensive thing) then he could keep it and it isn't theft?
Don't believe TJRiver turley believes that this thread is filled this naive 16 year olds, believing you should keep something, that isn't yours usually reminds many MATURE ADULTS of immature 16 year olds. what he said is kind of like a simile.
Ultimately its about morals, is it the right thing to do? in my opinion no.

I never said anything about what I'd do. Personally I'd call apple about it but it's wrong to accuse younger folk. (It sounded like he/she was serious aswell)
