iOS can simultaneously be intuitive and easy to use while also including handy features which require more knowledge to use. That is obvious. Therefore, you must be trolling. They weren't supposed to do anything at all, since iOS was meant to be so intuitive and easy to use.
Having to open settings to record at 4k is not intuitive at all. Therefore you must be trolling.iOS can simultaneously be intuitive and easy to use while also including handy features which require more knowledge to use. That is obvious. Therefore, you must be trolling.
I'm not talking about flagships but the whole picture of smartphone sales. Android has way more market share. It doesn't matter if most are cheaper devices or not. The point is that Apple is losing theirs by their lack of features and overpriced prices practices. You speak as the Note 9 inferior to your XS Max when it's basically superior in everything, don't forget your iPhone MAX is using the Note's parts. To each their own I guess. You can argue how you prefer iOS to Android, but saying the Note 9 is inferior, you either never had the phone, or used it a day and returned.
Phones are not just about buying Apps and contributing to the ecosystem. No general user gives a Damm about that. OLED display is something you missed there. That’s as ridiculous as thinking Porsche is worried about how many cars Toyota sells.
This is why iOS generates an average of 4X as much revenue per user compared to Android. People who buy $50 Android phones don’t buy Apps, don’t use services and basically do nothing to contribute to the ecosystem.
Eric Schmidt famously said in Dec 2011 (to many snickers in the audience) that developers would favor Android over iOS in 6 months because developers go where the market share is. How did that prediction turn out for you? Developers go where they can make money. And they don’t make money on users with cheap phones who don’t buy anything. It doesn’t matter how many there are - 1 billion times zero is still zero. They make their money off users with more expensive flagship devices who are far more likely to spend money on Apps/services. And this is the market Apple dominates. It’s why iOS still has superior Apps and why developers still favor iOS.
iPhone XS Max is using Note parts? Funny, I saw the iFixit tear down on both devices and I don’t remember seeing any Note parts in my iPhone. Perhaps you want to make a comprehensive list of these “parts”? And considering how much faster my XS Max is, it’s obviosuly not using the same processor.
Sure you would. Yes it's true Apple is losing market share, and you'rec clueless if you think Apple holds the smartphone market share. You forgot Huawei/Xiaomi in India and China which are huge markets, same for Samsung in Europe. Apple may sell the most on US but that's about it.

Not everybody cares about OLED display. I don't. My wife doesn't, etc. Some people do, some people don'tPhones are not just about buying Apps and contributing to the ecosystem. No general user gives a Damm about that. OLED display is something you missed there.
Apple could suddenly stop selling their products outside US and probably lose only a few percentage of sales in the process.
They are related to how to use the deviceI don't get then, these ads have nothing to do with the situation of the Mac.
That’s not true. Apple doesn’t break down the US sales - it lumps it in with the category “Americas” (which obviously means North and South America). Even then, that only accounts for about 45% of sales. Clearly Apple sells more products outside of the US, though the US would definitely be the largest single market.
Highly doubt that’s the whole story.Last September, my iPhone X got wet like that video and it became a brick and had no insurance.
If so, that means Apple excludes the majority of customers. People out there pay a lot more for each Apple products they buy than average US customers. At the least they should do MORE services for people outside the US.
I don't remember Samsung (being a South-Korea based company) keep many of their services and features exclusively for South Korean. Apple, on the other hand....
These are ads not tips. Nobody is going to learn a damn thing from these ultra short vids.
As said the Mac is a specific platform and iOS was supposed to even the eldry know how to use with no manual needed. They are related to how to use the device
Seems like most did, even Apple themselves they implemented it since the X.Not everybody cares about OLED display. I don't. My wife doesn't, etc. Some people do, some people don't
Apple this afternoon shared several new videos that are part of its ongoing iPhone tips series called "iPhone Can Do What?" that was launched earlier this week.
The new videos cover getting help on Apple products using the Apple Support app, unlocking the iPhone with Face ID, accessing boarding passes in the Wallet app, and choosing a new key frame in a Live Photo. There's also a video highlighting the fact that Apple's iPhones are water resistant, which pertains to the iPhone 7 and later.
Each video's description links to Apple's full iPhone tips website, which includes additional short tutorial videos and tips on available iPhone features.

Having to open settings to modify a setting isn’t intuitive? Man, you really have high standards for how much brain power you’re required to exert.Having to open settings to record at 4k is not intuitive at all. Therefore you must be trolling.

With that response I won't even continue talking with you. You're obviously trolling.Having to open settings to modify a setting isn’t intuitive? Man, you really have high standards for how much brain power you’re required to exert.
Putting camera settings outside the camera app is an idiotic design to say the least. It is like putting your furniture outside on the driveway. Apple is very good in doing this kind of things.
