Honestly I would not make that choice. I would not choose to be attracted to males just because someone had a gun to my head. The same would be true if I lived in a Muslim country and they tried to force me to be Islamic (which does happen to many Christians). They would have to kill me cause I would not deny my faith in Jesus.

I would not choose to sin in a homosexual manner but that does not mean i don't sin in many other ways. Just because I'm a Christian doesn't mean I don't sin. The Christian is not made perfect until he or she is in Heaven. I don't claim to be better then anyone else. I just claim to be saved by grace alone, through faith alone in Christ alone.

But you'll buy a phone from a company that supports sin that Paul declared was an abomination in the sight of God because it's inconvenient not to have one.

3. Study law? haha, i have had my Juris Doctor degree for some time now. Sleepless nights of memorizing case law and passing the bar has allowed me to "quote a line of text from a govt site". I may not practice law because i have interests in other things, but I do know a thing or two about it.

That is downright frightening, because you are dead wrong. Generally speaking, the baseline rule is in most states in US is that employment is "At Will", unless there is a written employment contract, meaning they can fire you for any reason--including if they don't like the color of the shirt you're wearing. There are some federal laws, state laws, etc. that, as a patchwork, protect SOME employees in SOME circumstances, but it is by no means generally applicable. Yet. For example, federal CONTRACTORS cannot discriminate based upon sexual orientation, but that is a RECENT executive order from President Obama (as in within a month -- http://www.cbsnews.com/news/obama-to-sign-order-protecting-lgbt-rights-for-federal-contractors/ ). Why exactly would such an executive order be necessary if protections already existed under current law?

The only other way for protections to be there is if the company's employee policy states such an anti-discrimination policy--then the employee would have a claim, but merely based on the breach of that policy.

The EEOC website spoke of discrimination based upon sex, not sexual orientation. If a gay man was fired for being a man--then he'd have a claim. If he was fired for being gay, he has no claim, unless he lived in a state that had such protections, etc.

As for your first part. God "hard wired" everyone to be straight. It is through the sin of Adam and Eve that mankind has become crooked and sins in a myriad of ways not just homosexuality. But it's through the saving grace of Jesus that anyone can come to saving grace in Jesus. I on behalf of God can only extend the invitation. The rest is between you and Him.

There may not be a gene for being gay, but there is also no gene for your little finger, either. Or your left leg, because that's not how genes work. Stop using something you don't understand to justify myths spoon-fed to you.

I'd also like to point out to you that there are far more references in the Bible to shellfish being an 'abomination' than there are to being gay. If you take the Bible to be authority, then I guess you're also taking the charge to those darned fishermen and sushi restaurants.

Fantastic! Then please shut the **** up about gays, stop try to get laws passed to make it illegal for them to marry, and mind your own goddamn business.

Ah the old "bigot" analogy. Is that all you have? I've got the very Word of God.
ROFL, says you. Thousands of other religions disagree.

You are, quite literally, preaching to the converted.

However, I find it hard to believe that sexuality matters as much as the fuss we give it, given that Jesus didn't mention it at all.

Surly it's better to present the Gospel in a friendly, loving way, so people feel they can ask questions, learn, and over time build a relationship with God, rather than saying "being gay is a sin, end of," and thinking "I've done my bit. Well done me. It's up to God now"?

It is better to present the Gospel in a "friendly, loving way, so people feel they can ask questions, learn, and over time build a relationship with God". But I can't convert anyone. I can only "plant seeds". It's God who waters them and makes them grow (brings them to faith in Jesus).

Dicks who like dicks, chicks who like chicks, chicks and dicks that like chicks and dicks, chicks with dicks...

The world we live in, eh?

But you still don't get it. Doesn't matter the issue. Apple is a company that makes products. Not a stage for the latest front running social agenda. Any smart business man knows that remaining neutral is always the best way to run a company.

An even smarter business man knows that supporting an issue that directly relates to a large number of employees, and your own responsibilities towards them, is the truly best way to run a company.

God doesn't exist. He is a made of thing by idiots that had nothing better to do at the time.

"Religion" doesn't save. Jesus does. Religion is man foolishly trying in vein to work their way to God. Biblical Christianity is Jesus coming to us and taking our place on the cross in saving grace so we can freely come to Him as our Saviour. it's a world of difference.

No you have no words from god cause he doesn't exist! What fricking proof do you have of his existence?

No religion Christianity, Christianity and religion. Same ****.

Yes. Unless there is a Christian phone company I don't know about. LOL

Every company supports sin of one form or another cause we're all sinners. No one can escape it as long as they live.

The whole universe is proof of His existence. There is absolutely no way this advanced and complex universe was the result of random chaotic chance. It was clearly designed by God and that is clearly laid out in Genesis 1-2.

It's never going to happen though :).

For the same reasons there will never been a white pride parade. (I'm not including the racist KKK parades/gatherings. Those do not count.) A white pride parade would be considered racist by society, and society would consider a heterosexual parade homophobic.

And just to tell you where I stand on this. A person is not born a homosexual, it's a choice. I will not debate this, because debates on the internet never get anywhere.

I will just continue to show love and compassion to all people no matter their race, gender or sexual preference. This is what Jesus has called us to do. Yes there are certain self proclaiming "Christians" who will condemn others because of their beliefs. Westboro Baptist Church is one of the worst offenders. I am not that type of Jesus follower. I love my fellow man no matter what lifestyle they may live, even if I do not agree with it.

So you sin in other ways, but if your life depended on making a one-time choice to show arousal to males, you would choose death instead.

That's all very well, as I sincerely doubt you are capable of having your genitals suddenly start responding to males just because of any "thought/decision/choice" you make.

USA does not allow discrimination based on sexuality.

Yes the US does allow discrimination based on sexual orientation. People think it is illegal but it is not. The Republican congress refuses to bring the Employment Non-Discrimination Act to a vote. It would pass if they did. It already passed the Senate.
