Let me ask an honest question hoping for an honest answer.

When you downloaded the original GM seed did you do it through the legal dev portal and get a key from the dev site or did you get it somewhere else ?

If you already had the GM installed how were you able to install the new build ?

How were you even able to download it from the Appstore ?

Don't get me wrong I believe you because the App Store shows it as downloadable with a date of Oct. 4th instead of the original date of the 3rd..

I just can't download it.

As I said above, I had to use a 10.8.5 machine to download, then I just reran the installer app after copying it to the 10.9 machine.

Nonetheless, it's a public forum. If you want a private response, send a private message. Your snarky response to my reply was uncalled for.
Regardless of who's answering, the answer is the same. It's not as if petvas has a magically different process of getting this update.

Thats not true. You did it from 10.8.5

petvas did it from 10.9 from what I see.

Thus the reason I asked him specifically.

Downloads just fine for me. Does it fix the gmail move messages issue?

I doubt it, issues like that are caused by gmails non-standard imap implementations, in my experience most email applications don't work 100% correctly with gmail.

Totally confused as to why you responded this way to a post that mentioned about which day it was in the U.S.

Because I had earlier pointed out that all news about the new build came from German-speaking sources, not English-speaking sources. Then another forum member mentioned that it was too early for the news to be reflected in the USA, as it was still too early on that side of the Atlantic. My point is that there are a couple of islands on this side of the Atlantic with countries where they speak English, such as England, a country which is quite close (geographically speaking) to Germany!

Mail.app did get updated with this build but I haven't noticed what the Gmail bug is, so I can't say if it's fixed.

Does this new build fix the constant full syncing of iCloud or Outlook.com, or indeed any other IMAP account, every time you load Mail.app?

You can verify this by using Activity Window. This problem has made IMAP on Mavericks Mail.app abominably slow...

I successfully updated my Macbook Air to the latest version, but my rMBP failed during installation and the error message was that my SSD is corrupt and couldn't be repaired. The installation program offered me to start the installation again, which I selected, and now it is looking good. Setup is almost finished and hopefully I won't have any errors that the file system is corrupt.
After installation I am surely doing a disk check, just in case..

Update: Setup finished successfully and I checked the boot disk. The file system had a corruption and I am repairing it now..Mavericks was at least right..

Did the Installer work just as previous versions? Or do you have to load to a external disk or something and perform a clean install?

Could someone with a rMBP please, check the intel drivers version (witj the openGL Extensions Viewer app for example), please?

Just to check if the buggy Intel drivers are updated...

Thanks in advance.

Here is a screenshot of the file info:

Does this help?
