Air power. It’s for real this time. I can feel it…
No, but I am desperately hoping for something, anything that's completely unexpected and new.

Apple Watch Pro is clearly just the "super size" version of the regular AW "meal" and not really a new product in my book.

Begging for a surprise.

A unique feature or service for iPhone would also be exciting.

WE'RE ALL GOING TO GET EVERY SINGLE THING WE'VE EVER WANTED FROM APPLE TODAY AND NO ONE ON THIS FORUM WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING, AND THE EXAMPLE WE SET HERE TODAY TO BE HAPPY ABOUT THE EVENT AND KIND TO EACH OTHER WILL ONE DAY BE VIEWED BY HISTORIANS AS THE CATALYST THAT GAVE US WORLD PEACE.

Or, you know, they could continue to not offer the Series 8 aluminum Apple Watch in silver for another year AND I WILL FREAKING LOSE IT.

Happy Apple Day, lol.

My work had the audacity to schedule a meeting during the event, rude
No the pay you so not rude at all, ankess you are a member of the tech media, in which case it was a bit of a fail on thair part. Remember emplyers dont really care about your private interests as long as they don't effect you work in a negative way

What really to get excited about? the technology has matured. Same phones every year with mild improvements and the price getting higher with each iteration.
Your comment has merit. Although I strongly believe and always will defend the freedom of choice, it’s also a lot of hype. Lot’s of people buy a new toy to make themselves happy for 2 weeks not realizing that the happy feelings quickly wearing off and then the whole ritual starts from scratch again. Again waiting for the next tech company induced dopamine hit. I believe it’s healthier to find and choose the middle ground between curiosity and hype. But that’s just me.

The 13 is a 12S though by that way of thinking though...
And people called the 12 an 11S so, I think the point is that there are people who are going to call every release "the same phone". Background noise at this point.

I’m going to watch it. Hopefully I can make it past the boring intro. If I remember right that’s when I turned it off last year.
This is true.
The first bit can be a tad awkward… especially all the self congratulatory PR stuff… "Here's a little video we made about how fabulous we are and we think you're going to love it…"

I'm with you.
