If you dig deep enough, you will find a flaw in anything. Surprise: The iPhone 4 isn't perfect. It is only incredible. And the Droid X is pretty great too! THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD PHONES.
Take your free case, return the phone if it's really that bad, and get on with your lives. I love reading MacRumors and checking out opinions on the forums, but let's talk about something else now.

apple is so god damn pathetic these days. squeeze it real hard, steve! try to make those bars drop. meanwhile, a touch of baby's breath on your assPhone 4 instantly kills the call and data.

I own a Droid X and it does display the 3G symbol. It's very odd that in the video, it happens to be missing. There had to be some kind of editing or tampering for that 3G to disappear.
Also, the Youtube views for popular videos stay at that low number, but will change later. This happens with all popular videos. This is nothing different.
Apple is looking more like the guy on the forums that won't stop arguing with you. He will just keep spamming and spamming until you get so tired of what he/she is saying you just get turned off. This is how Apple is behaving now.
My respect for Apple has gone down the drain since the Antenna press conference. Trying to blame other companies for their own mishaps is creating a lot of enemies and attempting to put other mobile phone companies into the mix when they shouldnt be involved.
Apple should be completely ashamed of themselves. How stuck up can they be? I am a beloved iPad owner but all this nonsense will diminish Apple's brand. No wonder why theres so many apple haters out there... Because of behavior like this.

Yes i own a Droid X. Only time 3G or 1X is not displayed is when connected to WiFi.
You have a point, however in this case, quoting the sales number works in this scenario. Apple sold 2 million iPhones the first week. Within that week the bad press got out about the reception problems, within a month another 1 million sold, plus the existing owners (right on this forum) refused to return their iPhone 4's because they loved it still regardless of the problem. You're talking about quality? The iPhone 4 is the best on the market in terms of smartphones. Droid X customer's wish they could have their phones look as good as the iPhone 4's Retina Display. In this case, sales amount is very indicative of the quality of the iPhone 4.
I couldn't care less if an iPhone in NYC drops a call if u squeeze it because where I live and travel frequently my ip4 works perfectly no matter how I hold it
More iPhone for the rest of us.

How long did they beat Apple to death before they responded and they were getting beat up about how long it took to respond. They should drive it home, I still hear people asking about the issue, even myself being asked about my iPhone 4 antenna.

I've seen the latter replies to this, but what makes you so sure? You have an in depth knowledge? I'm not so bothered to be honest as my 3GS has never let me down, but don't you think it's a bit suspicious that further delays have been announced?

That's strange. I, too, now doubt the realisticness of the test very slightly. However, look at the Youtube video description. It says that it dropped bars. Apple can't lie about that. Maybe it was 'shopped for some other reason???

If not for the initial waves of 'finger pointing' and 'singling out,' revelations such as this would not be necessary.
Surely, they ordered a pizza while discussing reception on cellphones.
Foxconn has already explained the issue (about 4 days ago, as reported...er...on MR).
Suspicious started when Apple just so happened to release their first Apple-branded "case" (aka, the Bumper) after 4 years of producing phones. And it JUST so happens that this new design was to completely cover the outer stainless steel band that just so happened to be the "minor" flaw in design that started this whole mess.
