Anyways, would be a day 1 buy for me. Kind of bored with the iPhone 6 design and I love how the Edge looks. Would be a win in my book.

will not feature a Home button, Bloomberg today confirmed
I'm about to keep my 6 plus 3 years on a rumor. It's also still a very good phone.
I'm stuck with the iPhone 6 because the 7 isn't out yet.And we're stuck with this year's iPhone...
Life must be wonderful in your binary world.uh, MR? Bloomberg can't "comfirm" this, they can only speculate. Apple is the only source that can comfirm this, since it's their phone design.
Bring on that iPhone. I'm only 26 and somehow it'll make me feel young again (read: college years). Those "old" days when Apple would innovate.
You must be a really fun guy.Yes, I use words for what their meaning. Words, numbers, symbols, have definitions, otherwise communication is impossible. Left is up, Yellow is U-turn, Hammer is water. "Investment" is neither a synonym nor slang for buying a consumer good in any sense of the word's meaning. The way you are using it is gobbly gook so I'm amused that you are upset at me for wanting to use it correctly.
The front glass breaks much more often than ports and hardware buttons ...I'm ready for a phone without ports and hardware buttons - less pieces to eventually break.
The radically redesigned iPhone coming in 2017 will not feature a Home button, Bloomberg today confirmed in a wider report focusing on new mobile payment features coming to Japan.According to past rumors, the 2017 iPhone, which may be called the iPhone 8, will feature a complete design overhaul with an edge-to-edge flexible OLED display that does away with the top and bottom bezels where features like the Touch ID fingerprint sensor and front-facing camera are housed.
[snip]
The iPhone display may also feature edges that are curved on both sides, similar to the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, and it is rumored to have a glass body, moving away from the aluminum that's been used for iPhones since the iPhone 5. Other features that may be built into the 2017 iPhone include wireless charging, an enhanced Taptic engine, and new biometric capabilities like iris scanning or facial recognition.

Never had that issue and rocked my 4 and 4s without a case. You'd like to think glass tech would be better by 2018.The front glass breaks much more often than ports and hardware buttons ...
Why would anyone think of buying this years version?
I'm stuck with the iPhone 6 because the 7 isn't out yet.
I will wait for next year's phone though; I was always planning on keeping my 6 for 3 years regardless of what Apple released (although at this point I could argue for getting this year's phone and then the 1st revision of next year's because it will have so many changes).
Because it will be the best phone available?
Ive.. of course he wants a "single sheet of glass" phone. Lol.
Anyway, why haven't we changed this site to iPhoneRumors yet? It's not the editors' fault. I don't think there are any Mac Rumors left.................prove me wrong Apple!
Wouldn't that be a nice surprise if the iPhone 7 lost the home buttonMonths? It has been a rumor for years. Hopefully it's happening at last.
My guess is that it will be integrated in to the display. Who knows, but I am sure you will be able to do a hard reset. So where does Touch ID go? How do you hard-reset your phone now?
