Ordered iPhone 5 online last night at 10:00 and requested to pick up in store today when I checked out and instructed by Apple. After waiting half the day for the notification that I could pick it up, I then called Apple and the night mare began!!! After forwarding my email confirmations to them (a manager), they could not locate my order through my confirmation number, credit card number or anything. I was advised that they would research it and call me back...well, they didn't call me back but rather sent me a "Order cancellation"!!! Really Apple...how did you cancel an order that you couldn't find!?!?!? Oh and my upgrade was used so had to contact AT&T to get that reversed also, then after I contacted Apple again about my refund, they had to call my bank to reverse the charges that they luckily did find. Mighty Mighty Fishy Apple and I've owned every version of iPhones & iPads you have ever put out. Needless to say, the manager was able to call the Apple store and have one held for me to buy directly from the store. In closing, do not trust their online purchase to pick up in store because they, as always, don't have all of the bugs worked out of the system.
