you can still contract and transmit covid if you are vaccinated. if you are unvaccinated you are much more likely to contract covid and thus much more likely to transmit it. so an unvaccinated person is a much greater risk to those around them, vaccinated or not, than a vaccinated person

This doesn’t work because even an entirely vaccinated workplace will still spread the virus, some will still end up in the hospital - despite being vaccinated.
Some might even just always get sicker, like in my workplace. I haven’t taken a sick day once this year, yet all my vaccinated friends seem to get sick every two weeks.
After two years of saturating the virus, most people are either vaccinated or have antibodies.
Those who ignore natural immunity and say you must be vaccinated are really just shilling for Big Pharmaceutical companies.
why is this still so difficult for you to understand. an entirely vaccinated workplace will be MUCH LESS LIKELY to spread the virus , and the likelihood of anyone ending up in the hospital will be MUCH LESS. you seem to lack the cognitive ability to understand that things exist in degrees. it's not a binary proposition
this is not true at all. "natural immunity" does not provide the protection that vaccination does
none of this has anything to do with shilling for big pharmaceutical companies
this sort of populist anti-science nonsense would be laughable if it wasn’t leading to so much pain, suffering and death

If you're vaccinated the odds of catching it are way lower and supposedly the consequences of catching it are much less severe why would the vaccinated work force care if their colleagues are more susceptible?
again, if you are vaccinated the odds of catching it are lower but you can still catch it
and you are much more likely to catch it if you are exposed to people who are unvaccinated
the consequences do tend to be less severe if you are vaccinated, but it is still possible to get sick and even die.
this isn’t that complicated
As an infectious disease physician/researcher some of these comments are laughable yet very sad. Have at it arm chair doctors. You only have one life remember that.

The article also explains, as i’m sure you know, why those numbers don’t mean what you think they mean. Including comment from the researcher who published the numbers in the first place.

I wish you well in journey to stay out of harms way of covid. You might be able to do it because the people around sacrificed themselves by getting a vaccination. Unvaccinated individuals will find their ability to move in society limited. Then again, you may be part of the 95% statistic. I hope not.
