Apple TV 4 Pre-Order Thread

went with the 64gb model for my order. figured i've had my ATV2 for years, so I assume I'll have this one the same so the AU $100 extra is next to nothing across the life of it.

Deliver date is showing as 13/11-17/11 🙁

I went with the 32GB version. I had four AppleTV 3rd gen, so eventually I'll get four 4th gen models. I think that with usage spread out over multiple units, I can't see why I would need a 64GB version. If I'm wrong, I'll just get a 64GB model for the most used TV.

Depends I mean they have said some could come this Friday. So dispatch for that would be Wednesday / Thursday night.

As of this morning, I'm showing the full charge for both of the Apple TVs I ordered yesterday. Delivery status still says processing.

Maybe depends on the bank. When I was chatting to them yesterday they advised charge on dispatch.

If you go on apple you can now chose pick up in store option...although NOTHING is in stock yet. So maybe later today they are expecting them in stock?

Indeed Thursday night is when well see movement I reckon, depending on when they will deliver.

Only reason I'm guessing these days, is that the people who have reserved online have been told earliest deliver is this Friday.

Nope. Just my Nimbus, but like you UPS claims they don't know the tracking no yet

I'm in the UK and mine came by DPD, always pretty good. Hopefully they will be a few days early with the ATV too. Looking forward to having a play on the iMac later.

how's the weight of the nimbus? Does it feel comfortable in your hands?

I have the FireTV and Nvidia Shield ATV controllers and those are clunky and relatively heavy compared to a DS4 controller. I hope this one is better.

how's the weight of the nimbus? Does it feel comfortable in your hands?

I had it out for a few mins (at work so cant play) and the first thing I thought was how solid and well built it felt. It feels a lot sturdier than the PS4 controller. I have "smallish" man hands and it fits perfectly but I dont think bigger hands will have any problems. Looks great as well. I just hope the software holds up!

It is indeed Mac compatible, so I am assuming its straight bluetooth to mac like the Dualshock 4 and Xbone controllers. I will test later and confirm!
