Stuff I have ordered from Apple have come from California. I'm in Colorado. Mine still show processing, but I expect that to change tomorrow.
Seems to me that Apple requires signature for just about everything, no matter how inexpensive. That is why I'm getting mine delivered at work. Did Apple offer in store pickup on this?
I wonder if you can waive signature once it ships, or hold it at the local depot?
That's not the case for me. Unless it's an iPhone or computer, I've never been asked for a signiture.

I'm there with both of ya. Cut the satellite cord about 4-5 years ago. Now use a SD unit for OTA through a Mac Mini, Plex serving content from a NAS to the ATV (along with internet channels) and add in Netflix and Amazon for extra content if needed.
I'm with ya there! Cancelled cable a year ago and not looking back. Although we don't watch much TV, we use OTA and ATV about 50/50. I can't wait to switch my ATV over to the new one, and hopefully get some apps that let me watch recorded OTA shows
FINNALY PFS! Ordered on Monday at 3 PM 64 GB. Although my delivery dates are 2-4 Nov, I think there is quite a big chance of getting in on Friday. So excited!
I hate USPS so much. They "lost" both the iPhone 6's I just sent back to Verizon in exchange for 6s's. I have to jump through so many hoops and still may have to pay Verizon $600 for the lost phones.
USPS did the same thing with my AT&T trade-in. I will not pay AT&T for something when I did my due dilligence. IMO, it's on AT&T to have insurance on each shipment and maybe they should use a more reliable courier.
Should have clarified, I use SD products for OTA into the Mac Mini (record as well) then watch those (currently) using EyeTV on the mini or from iOS. You could then force these out to Airplay but frame rate has not been there currently when doing it this way.
Plex serves my NAS based content and also Internet channels as mentioned which you 'can' access through the ATV. Of course Netflix is native to the ATV so that part is solved directly then for now airplay Amazon Prime (lets hope app is coming for it).
In the future I'm hoping that I can use the Mini to continue to interface OTA and record while using the new SD HDHR hardware and their Kodi plugin (ported to Plex maybe ????) to watch OTA through the Plex app on the ATV. Unless of course SD also releases an ATV app which would work too

They usually don't get emailed until later in the night. Maybe tonight, or late tomorrow. Depends on when they actually ship.
Yepper. The emails definitely come in the night. Since the Apple Stores are getting these in store on Firday i am hoping we get some delivery action on Friday as well!
