I agree. Apple just called me to confirm that I was the one who placed the order. She said they're working to get them out ASAP, and I said "hopefully I'll have it tomorrow, then", and she said that I should. I ordered 64gb at 9:30am CT on Monday, paid for pre-noon delivery to Nashville.
EDIT: I'm at PFS on the Apple TV and also the Remote Loop. Hoping for tomorrow!
I posted in the other forum, but it appears the App Store is down. I'm wondering if they're adding TV Apps to it.

Mine just changed to "Preparing for Shipment". Ordered 32 GB as soon as it went live through the Apple Store app and I live in Belgium.

I've been in preparing for shipment purgatory since yesterday at least. Like I mention before, unless the status changes pretty quick to shipped AND UPS status situation is stable, I'm not expecting it until next week.
I have been having issues with it off and on all day (both App Store and iTunes Store)
I bet these are all at the apple hub in Concord, ON now and will be shipped tonight or tomorrow for Friday delivery
Possible (and hope so). But if the same thing happens like it did w/ my keyboard & trackpad. I won't get it until next Friday as that's when UPS expected delivery is right now (by going w/ my order # on the delivery app). Hope I'm wrong....

Oh btw, the Nimbus controller is pretty good. I would rank it better than the FireTV controller and the one for the Nvidia Shield Android TV. Played a bit MC5 and its a bit improvement over the onscreen controls.

Did you try downloading something? I can view the App Store, but I can't update any apps.

The deliveries app is simply showing the last day of your shipping window from Apple.

I know, but that was the exact date my trackpad & keyboard were expected to do delivered when I got my UPS tracking # and when it was delivered.
I ordered mine as soon as they went on sale (Apple TV 64GB) and it has been preparing for shipment since about 10pm central last night (10-27). My buddy said he went through his old emails and all of his shipment notification emails from apple came through between 10pm-2am so i am hoping late tonight to see it move. This late in the cycle though seems like i may miss that beautiful Friday delivery.
We obviously won't have apps from the US TV stations which is currently the case with the existing TV but most, if not all, of the apps should be available here as they are in the iOS App Store.
Man, I'm excited to get one, but it seems some people are way more excited than I am. Good on you guys though - tell me about all the features and all the things :-D

I am almost irrationally excited about getting mine. Since I have no cable or satellite anymore, I'll be spending most of my entertainment time on it. The new UI, Siri, and speed will make it so much better to use and I can't wait to see how gaming is on it.
I'm with ya there! Cancelled cable a year ago and not looking back. Although we don't watch much TV, we use OTA and ATV about 50/50. I can't wait to switch my ATV over to the new one, and hopefully get some apps that let me watch recorded OTA shows
yes i signed in but as you said its only for some idevices not all that's why its not there i guess.
