I actually did this last night after reading about someone else doing it. Mine is the same as yours. Tomorrow by 10:30 AM and shipping from Rialto.

Mine was just picked up by FedEx at 11:07AM, so it's on it's way! I'm guessing yours is the same! But Apple hasn't updated the status order to SHIPPED yet.

I know--I was being sarcastic. I can't believe people think it was "an oversight". Like Apple forgot to use one of their most important services on the new Apple TV.

Well I think I outfoxed myself on ordering with overnight. I'm still not seeing it shipped. Sat. delivery isn't going to work as I have it delivered to my work (because of the usual "signature required"). Oh well not the end of the world, but I would have liked to have played with it this weekend.

Not Yet (Edmonton). But I have a funny feeling UPS has them in their warehouse already. The major question is how motivated is UPS to get them delivered tomorrow. Or will they be lazy as usual and ship them via truck and not deliver them until late next week.

I ordered on Monday at 9 am Eastern time and got my shipping notification with UPS tracking number today at 1:16 pm. The tracking number does not have any info yet though. I opted for the free shipping, but I live in Louisville, KY where UPS Worldport is so there may be a chance I get it tomorrow, hopefully.

Not sure why any of us ordered online when they'll be in stores tomorrow (if you're near one).

ATV is hardly the hot product that iPhone is.

Might just go grab one in the morning and return the shipped one....whenever it arrives

I paid for the expedited but it always said Nov 2nd.
