Apple TV 4 reviews?

That's not to say though that as an overall package it's not good value for money. Like everything Apple a part of it is the "experience" and no one does it quite like Apple.

I've found the Apple TV to be a joy to use and develop for. It's been perfectly responsive for me at all times, no matter what I've thrown at it (that includes decoding 4K video, but let's not open that can of worms :D)

I'm not swayed in my opinion by getting a cheap Dev Kit either, as I'll be purchasing one for the living room anyway.

It's the same remote, just in some countries at launch, the Siri button will launch a text based input screen instead of Siri voice recognition.

Laggier than the current one? Lol. Just watching a couple videos on it you can tell that isn't true.
 
The apps make the device, otherwise it's the same as the current Apple TV, I wouldn't trust any review or impression of something that doesn't have it's main feature live

Now searching for apps in store however, Mossberg just confirmed SIRI didn't work in app store. :O

He's the editor, so he's going to want to review the products that will be the most popular and get the biggest hits
 
the verge score is a 9
After watching that video I thought it would be a 7.9


The roku 4 got an 8.9

But that was a different person reviewing it

I would bet that in 3 months the Apps will blow away anything on Roku. I hope though they didn't take away the radio App for local stations until there is a Tunein APP
 
What kind of tv does nilay have? Almost looks fake in the video. Some sort of space age protector into thin air ?
