Here here!! That's my number one complaint about iOS 7: the brightness of almost every native app (the music app is particularly offensive to me). In low light, the glaring UI of most native iOS 7 apps looks terrible and is a real pain to use. And in the brightest light, the almost pure white interfaces are still only "ok."
And I thought the same thing about the Trailers app, too ironically, that small and relatively insignificant app is probably the best example of iOS 7 design implementation, in my opinion. The dark theme of private browsing in Safari is nice, too, and the night mode in Maps is a thing of beauty.
