Same issue here. I can pair AirPods Pro, listening for few seconds and then it disconects and then I need to pair it again and again.
I already solving this directly with Apple support.

I already solving this directly with Apple support.
What solution did they provide? They want me to come in and replace them but that seems silly.
Same here. Funny thing is that I replaced my 2 weeks ago in AC+ because of bad battery life
.Same exact issue here. Just got new MagSafe AirPod Pros and they won’t hold a connection longer than 1-3 minutes. They even drop off my paired Bluetooth devices menu, and I need to a reset. Issue happens on 15.1 and 15.2 DP1. Has anyone found a fix?
I'm having the same problem. Airpods Max on the new firmware won't pair with anything - essentially bricked.
Yesterday I pickup my replaced AirPods Pro. After initial reset and pair it working without disconnection so far.
Well, I discovered this issue little more.
When I connect my AirPods Pro to my daughter's Apple ID on her iPad, it work like a charm.
When I connect it to my Apple ID it keeps disconnecting and unpairing.
It must be some bug on Apple side, but support no more communicating with me.
It's shame.
