Exactly and I can confirm it is not easy either.

I’m sure we will hear of more soon
Exactly and I can confirm it is not easy either.
Why would they? They need developers to make them. Which has only just started

I’m sure we will hear of more soon
Why? Because they're trying to sell a $3,500 device RIGHT NOW with nothing particularly interesting to do with it?Usually customers get to see previews of software in development even if its several years from launch. The fact that Apple isn't even showing any PREVIEWS of upcoming offerings is a little bizarre (and worrying TBH)
So where is the list of the "spatial games"?
I guarantee you it's a bunch of recycled garbage that already exists on other VR platforms...
Apple will have no problems selling this product TO YOUTUBERS/INFLUENCERS/CELEBRITIES . Their marketing is too strong and reviewers will show all people need to see that I’m sure of
Time will tell
Fixed.![]()
Exactly what I was about to say. Easy to port something over from a previous app or experience. So where is the list of the "spatial games"?

There’s plenty of rich people in the world who will have no issues paying for the Vision Pro. Bet many here will also be ordering
If Apple are making 400k I don’t expect there will be any spare
EDIT: Seems the battery life of the VP is 2.5 hours. One movie.
Streaming with a 2 hours battery life? Good luck with thatApple wants everyone to use iCloud, so it makes perfect sense for them to encourage their users to save their spatial photos and videos to the cloud. Plus, people talking about downloading movies, the future is streaming, not downloading and storing. I get it, you might want a couple movie’s while you’re on a plane. Cool. 256GB is plenty for a couple movies on a plane. The storage is a non-issue if you stick to iCloud and streaming for the most part. The storage is mainly for the apps, and unless Apple decides to get really into high-end games (yeah right), 256GB should accommodate plenty of apps.
But the problem is not even about making it more affordable. The thing lasts for 2 hours! Cmon now. Even after you’re paying $3,500. And of course apple sees this as a computer, so you would be luck to get this under $2,000 in the next 3 years.Probably, but it's clear that Apple is launching this thing half-baked, and is just hoping that the early adopters can keep the hype going long enough for proper apps to be developed over the next year or two for a more affordable consumer version. It's a risky move, considering that the main thing that's been killing the VR market is a limited catalog of quality content/experiences. Customers get bored fast...
All the answers you seek are in the keynote and on their website. It's not bone conduction. It has speakers next to the ears, therefore, if the volume is loud enough, other people near you can hear it too. If you don't want that, you'll have to get wireless earbuds. After reading about this gadget, I'm curious how the sound works? It says the speakers are next to the ears, not in the ears, so do they use something like bone conduction technology for the audio? If so, fidelity isn't that great. But it must be so that the person sitting next to you can't hear your VP.
It includes a battery, but don’t delude yourself into thinking it will be primarily used on battery power alone. For long-term use, it’ll be tethered to dedicated power (wall plug). Whether you’re streaming or watching downloaded content, the battery life will be similar. Not sure your argument is that strong, or even what your argument is.Streaming with a 2 hours battery life? Good luck with that
Why is that? All the answers you seek are in the keynote and on their website. It's not bone conduction. It has speakers next to the ears, therefore, if the volume is loud enough, other people near you can hear it too. If you don't want that, you'll have to get wireless earbuds.
Apple’s description just says “Polishing Cloth,” not “Apple Polishing Cloth.” A genuine Apple Polishing Cloth may be available at extra cost. The Apple Polishing Cloth™ is included? Now you know this is a true luxury product.![]()
I'm mostly on your side, but it's not like there aren't VR headsets on the market already to show that 256 GB really isn't that much. Yes, I understand this is a separate category and it's miles ahead, etc, etc. But I think it's a safe assumption that anyone who owns a current VR headset has a general idea of what they'll be using this for and how much space apps and games will take up. Also, in the keynote, Apple mentions this is meant to be a stand-alone device. The assumption there is you don't have to rely on "devices around you" to get your content (doesn't mean you can't, just means you shouldn't have to rely on them). It's so weird the way people look at the price and then look at the storage and then pass judgement. You don't have any idea what you're even going to do with this thing. You have no idea if storing large media or content ON the device is even a practical necessity. For all you know 256 GB is more than enough for all forms of usage of this device. It's not a Mac, or even an iPad. It's basically a fancy monitor. How much storage is it really going to need when it can just stream content from the internet or from other devices around you?
Apple provides everything except telling us why anyone would need this. I think they are counting on some dystopian future where it is preferable to bury your head in this thing rather than in real life.
A streaming world? With a 2 hour battery life? Media consumption device? Tell that to apple, they say it’s a spatial computer.why does everyone b*tch about storage? it’s a streaming world, my whole Apple movie library will stream to this at home…if I decide to be an idiot and wear to starbucks, connect to wifi, tether to iphone, take to a friends house, connect to wifi…are people planning to take this off grid??? lol I get a computer needing storage but not this, this is a media consumption device like an apple tv…all of my apple tvs are base storage, they have never been a problem…if you are buying this to store data you’re an moron…lol
