5) Increased storage (I want to store podcasts/audiobooks locally for runs)
Isn't there currently 2 GB for music? That's a lot . . . (a 10 hour audiobook from Audible is about 440 Mb) but we can only sync one playlist as things stand now, and as far as I know, that playlist can only be music. It seems like we'd need the ability to have podcast and audiobook "playlists" to the Watch, and that's something I'd like to see.

Suppose number 1 would be apps loading speed a day and a half of battery life would be good

I charge mine every night which isn't an issue but could be better.

Generally I love my Apple Watch and I don't see myself upgrading for a few years. It's not something I think you need to upgrade every year

Yeah, that'd be nice. But I'd like to see it implemented through 3rd party apps (Audible and Overcast are what I use). Does anyone know if there is a size limit for apps and app content for the watch? Can I have Overcast with 1Gb of podcasts and Audible with 1Gb of audiobooks? I also wonder how difficult it would be to get syncing done correctly, but that's another issue.

The whole storage allocation on the Watch is a mystery to me, beyond the 2GB music limit. But, I too would love to see Audible integration beyond what we have now. While I'm perfectly happy just controlling Audible on my phone with my Watch, I can understand the need for internal storage for those who want to use their Watch without their phone, e.g. during a run or workout.

The Apple Watch is a fantastic product and those who get one will love it. But I think it will take another round for the Watch really get a higher status

What would you like this watch to do and what improvements would you like to see?

Quicker response.

Um…

For me, that's about it. Don't care about GPS/LTE, don't need more medical sensors, don't need it thinner unless it doesn't sacrifice battery life, definitely don't need a new strap connection (there's absolutely nothing wrong with it now).

Anything else, like totally custom faces and complication layouts (another member posted a baseball scoreboard which would be a fantastic option), should be manageable with only a system update, no new hardware needed.

Well darn that's everything I was going to say I wanted :/

1) Speed - both connection speed to iPhone and app speed on watch

2) GPS maybe? Would be nice for apps like Strava to not need the phone tethered to store GPS routes and data.

3) Thinner - as the trend with iPhones, iPads, iMacs, MacBooks... Thinner watch would be nice.

4) Maybe a round form factor, and one that is square be edgier.

I might return mine. I just thought there would be more apps, I thought that it could do more. It's not good enough.

The speaker you can barely hear. The watch is quite slow. Having to wait 10 seconds or more between each glance.

It's not really that thin... And it can't really do anything without being connected to the phone.

Let me return this.

1, a restart option
2, camera on the top edge
3, thinner
4, more sensors, blood pressure, body temp, immediate local temp and humidity (room temp not from weather app)
5, shiny chrome sports edition

Funny that some of the things that I'd want on the watch I want on the phone.

Localized siri database to make siri function overall a LOT faster and not need to be connected to the iPhone.

I'd like to see Force Touch implemented in 3D Touch level..

Their implementation of Force Touch on Apple Watch was really good, but I think it'll work better to allow positioning of force touches so one can force press items in a list without needing to open their specific view (and often these views will have buttons to the actions already, making force touch useless). The current implementation is very broad, which makes sense given the limited space to cover, but also requires added steps that could otherwise be shortened within the OS.

Things that I would like to see such as features and apps are all things that can be done via software. I can't think of anything that I would want that would require different hardware other than making it faster. I like the form factor and the layout. Just give me more things for it to do!

Apple Watch 2:

Smart Bands: Have a sport band with a GPS chip and a battery to power that chip.
Faster: Put a quicker S2 chip in the watch.

If Apple managed to do this, I'd consider buying a gen 2. Also, unless they change the bands/lugs, they need to sell a strapless version for those of us who don't want to spend $50 for another sport band.

a larger battery would be more than welcomed. It could open the doors for thing like
-GPS (personally I wouldnt use)
- more intensive apps - I'd like to eventually see allday heartrate option
- sleep tracking - not something Im interested now but it could open doors
