I had one of those bars with cuppa at my desk last week
Lots of protein though very heavy eating start of shift.
Maybe a lunch snack once a week-couldn't eat any more often as tea suffices until lunch time.

After a rainy dreary day the next morning and still rainy and dreary had almost no problems using any equipment since it was very sparse.

That's a considerable sized gym-impressive.
I have been attending a much smaller gym venue-though love that it's <5 mins drive from home.
