Just stumbled upon this thread by coincidence. I live in Smyrna right near here. Nearly all of your Recent posts in this thread are places I see nearly every day!
Yes that is me. I live in Cumberland however I have plantar fasciitis right now so no new pics from me for a while.

Getting ready to start day number 424 in my home fitness room:

Board on the Stair Steeper at LA Fitness (plantar fasciitis & miss running outside) so decided to take a pano. Even trying to hold level it looks like the up and down is too much for the Apple stitching software to handle.

I assume you did not stop to take the photo ;-).
I wish you a fast recovery so we can enjoy your photos again. I frequently visited this thread just to get more impressions from Atlantas surroundings. Don't stress your foot to much. Less is more sometimes.

No stop, never stop, I'll stop when I'm cold and dead.:D Thanks, but unfortunately plantar fasciitis is chronic, so it will probably be late spring or summer before I'm back running outside. I do a couple of miles on the Treadmill a couple of times a week but i love outside.

So today I did a little chicken legs  (moving up workout schedule because of Turkeyday) and of course I'm limping a little now.o_O Oh well.

It’s been while since I posted in this thread. I purchased these 70 pound Dumbells back in December. It has taken me approximately eight years to work up to this weight. I mainly use them for chest/butterfly repetitions and dead lifts. I also have 65 pounds and 40 pound dumbbell sets. I do all my weight workouts at home.

With my workout regiment, I’m more of a mass builder with weight lifting. And I found out I’m not much of a protein bar/powder type of individual. I usually prefer lean meats. Another excellent source of protein I found is Barilla Protein Penne. I go through quite a bit of it, but it’s versatile what you can supplement with it.

Two hour Resistant band work out with 150 pounds total. I can lower/higher the door anchor to increase the resistance and then I insert a bar between the handles to give more leverage for a more consistent workout. Works rather well in multiple positions.

Did my first outdoor run in many months. Have had or have plantar fasciitis. Saturday was traditionally my long run day but has just been my long cardio machines day. So Saturday I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, then 15 minutes of the stationary bike and then set out for a 5 mile outdoor run. Weather was nice and even managed a good first mile (7:43). So far my plantar fasciitis seems in check. Plan on doing another outdoor run about midweek.

Wish I had that weather here in Norway! Did a short outdoor walk yesterday to close my rings. Another 3-4 cm of snow when I woke up.

Managed a 6 mile/10K run reliably pain free. Even had over 600'/200M elevation gain. Was wet and a little misty. Here running up (hard to tell in pic but steep) Vining's Mountain (aka Mount Wilkerson).

Went for a 6 mile run after weight training this morning. Went to a LA Fitness about 2 miles farther outside the perimeter (beltway) than usual.

A little smaller LA Fitness but a lot less crowded than most.

Another country run (South side of road from my past picture) today after weight lifting and 200 elevated push up’s. I live in a fairly urban area, not much scenery in my City, so I have to drive to the back roads where there isn’t much traffic.
