I do not know if you ever posted a pic of yourself here, but I figure you are as big and muscular as the Hulk :D
Not big at all and I even only weigh 150lbs/68Kg but I guess I'm in decent enough shape for my age. Low body fat and it looks like getting a little thin hair on the crown too.

That’s awesome. I worked out too much and got too lean so I try not to burn too many calories.. different people think I look better when I am either or leaner but I am happy with my weight for now.

91°-Fort Meyers, Florida.

Currently On a business/vacation trip in Fort Meyers, Florida. This was the fitness room at the resort, I didn’t use the treadmills/ elliptical machines, I only used the weights and ran outside. But look at that view for running.

More pictures to come later.

Running every day down here in Fort Myers. Humidity is oppressive, but manageable for the most part with good hydration.

Street run eastbound just east of the marina behind the Gulf-coast here.

After two hours of a Heavy lifting day. I have tried a variety of protein bars. But this bar was stellar. Its baked, doesn’t taste artificial and has 30G of protein. If anyone see’s this, try it.

Not edited in any way. Seemingly before my runs, storms have been coincidentally correlating with timeframes. By the way, this was at 8:30 at night, almost completely dark outside, and the Sun was behind the storm Clouds. 87°, 80% humidity, hard run.

This may not qualify For any pictures for this Post, but being this is thread consists primarily of the same forum members and its ‘Fitness related’, I thought I would share with you all that I decided to pursue more of an active lifestyle in bodybuilding aside from just my ‘normal weight routine’.

Its Actually something I have contemplated and wanted to do for a long time, so a little about my background; I have always completed all my workouts at home, I have all my own equipment and I have been lifting for well over 10 years, and I do all my running outside in any type of weather environment as you all have viewed my pictures.

This is a Huge commitment and a major challenge for me, I’m actually on day five/out of seven in the gym, which I opened my first gym membership a week ago from Friday, and I’m spending approximately 2 1/2 hours minimum in the gym thus far, changing my protein/caloric intake dramatically. I have researched, read and watched *lots* of videos of some of the greats that have been in bodybuilding offering their personal experiences and techniques.

I have Always enjoyed a good challenge, and I realize this is the next step for me, I’m still really young at 33, I have strong genetics and solid ground work moving into this already. More importantly, I have the motivation and drive to push myself to do this, also; this is not for any competitions, this is strictly for myself.

One thing I can share with all you being so far into this experience, is being sore is something I’m having to adjust to on a regular basis, but in a good way.

So my goal for the next year around this time frame in 2019 is to have 20 pounds of muscle gain. Rather that is achievable, of course I will find out, but it should be interesting and I will do six weeks of evaluation intervals of myself to see how things are progressing.

In the end, physical fitness, weightlifting, and running is all an enjoyment factor for me, as I know I’m bettering myself through my health and physical self. I will post my experiences, various pictures and thoughts through the process.

I’ve been following a similar lifestyle since a good few years now. Being a little older than you makes it a bit harder but hopefully I’ll be able to keep up with the motivation and the challenges that come with it.
