Alright. Maybe need to get the S4 in September.
4.3 has actually improved the battery life on my 1st Generation Watch - it’s been regularly getting about 12 hours until I installed 4.3 and now I’m getting 17-18

Today the battery had been very good. Probably just some initial syncing that was casing the battery drain.mine too, noticeably better with 4.3
Does anyone know how to check battery health/capacity of Apple Watch now that we can see it on iPhone with 11.3? Can we do the same with Apple Watch?
Thanks. I hope it’ll be available soon. If I turn on all the fitness features mine doesn’t last anymore than 8 hours so I have to turn it off. 1st generation, got it brand new in December.Apple hasn't made that info available for the Watch.

Like how many years was it sitting?? Without being actively used, do you think it still degraded that much?It was sat in a box for at least a year and a half. The battery will have degraded somewhat in that time no matter what the outward condition was.

Thank you for the info! I’ll check it out.I use an app I bought ages ago called "Battery Life" on iOS. I didn't realise it has an Apple watch app too.
