Not sure which beta this was new in but if you click and hold the dock button to bring up power off, medical ID, and emergency call sliders it has haptic feedback now.

Anybody else have a problem with the Uber complication showing up? For a while now, across multiple Uber and watchOS updates, the complication is blank. But if you tap the blank spot, it does open the Uber app.

So with the new beta, can you now select individual songs from albums that are on your iPhone, or does it still only let you to select the album to play?

I noticed with the first three betas for 4.3 that the battery was the same as the release version of 4.3. From 10pm to 5am with only silent alarm on, theatre mode and DND enabled, battery would go from 100% to 98% - maybe 97% if 8 hours of sleep. Beta 4&5 brought it down to 90-92% with The same variables as above and I thought for awhile it might just be something I installed so I uninstalled some apps and turned off background refresh on some apps. No difference.

Beta 6 is back to 98% and slightly better during the day by about 5% but that is probably background refresh on a few apps I don’t need but I left theatre mode off all day each day and still had better battery.

No other noticeable changes or performance changes, just battery. Makes me guess GM is next as beta 6 is very very solid and now on all my watches - my two and families 3.

One last comment. Used LTE for a 15 minute call and lost 6%.

Beta 6 has been quite solid on my S0. It's still slow as F but at least it's stable enough to run music and workout at the same time. Previously, music would crash. I might consider using it for another year if this year's release is meh.

If that's the case I'll update my old S0, I was struggling to run music with the workout app and it was frustrating me.

Again, keyword is slow. It takes me around 1 minute to select a playlist and then choose a workout but after that, you can control music playback from within the workout app. Changing tracks take around 2-3 seconds each hit of the next button.

I bought a S3 in the end, my S0 did nearly 3 years of service.

Why is it taking so long for this new watchOS? Im not currently running a beta on my watch because i wasnt sure how well they work. I really need controls for my music through my watch like i used to be able to do. Apple slacking with watchOS updates.

I have no problem with these Apple Watch updates. I simply start it and the next morning it’s done.

Are HomePod controls working for anyone? Mine don’t come up automatically on Apple Watch — requires selecting HomePod in Now Playing on iPhone

S0 battery life on 4.3 public release is pretty bad. On 4.2 it would finish the day at 30%. But now it’s at 7% at the end of the day. Didn’t do any workouts for anything.
Anyone else feel it. Though through the 3 years with the watch I sometimes find that the day or 2 after an update the battery life is always pretty bad, and it goes back to normal 3-4 days later.

Since 4.0 the battery on my S1 went real bad. Could use my watch about 2-3 days, now I have a dead watch around lunchtime on the second day.

So I would say the battery has reduced around 50%, and 4.3 made it even worse.
