Small icon change in 2.2 beta 4, nothing significant otherwise.

I'm finding 4 a little...snappier. Siri is also quicker at acting on commands.

Edit forgot to say, Alarms are broken for me - screen gave an alert but no haptic or sound. FRF.

I will second the Siri comment. I've never had to repeat myself once since beta 4 and I use Siri a lot for alarms and text messages.

I have not had a problem with alarms and haptic feedback. I never use sound so I can't comment on that part. Haptic works great for my morning alarm and any timer.

I've done a re-pair and restarted both the phone and the watch. Again, the alarm going off shows on the screen but that's it. Likely my most used feature but hey; beta :)

This happens to me but I am not on the beta. I'm on 2.1. Just an FYI in case it's some other bug.

I really, really hope Siri is fixed in 2.2. Perhaps my only real nit with my Watch.

So, I am trying to install the 2.2 beta and am unsuccessful. I have 9.3b4 on my iPhone (along with it's associated beta profile) and the beta profile installed on my watch. However, the os 2.2 beta does not show up when I go to the software update section in the Apple Watch app. Any suggestions?

public beta or dev beta?

OK so first thing I noticed is the battery is horrible on beta 5. Put on watch at 6AM, went to the gym at 7AM workout for about an hour and was down to 75% usually its down to 82-85% I figured no big deal. Now it is 12:15PM and it is down to 56%. I should be down to about 70% by now. The iOS 9.3 beta 5 is not looking good either. Anyone else experiencing battery life issues?

Any chance that your alarm was set at the 50th minute? I just saw this today, I set my alarm to 6:50 and I think what might have happened is that the alarm and the stand notification go off at the same time, cancelling the alarm haptics/sound. I generally have Do Not Disturb on my watch turned on from midnight to 6:49, so I do get the stand notification at 6:50.

Alarms and Timers don't get muted while DND is on.

You've completely misunderstood what he said.

Alarms and timers don't get muted but stand notifications do and therefore if the alarm and stand notification go off at the same time, he thinks the stand notification will mute the alarm. If it *was* on do not disturb, there would be no notification and therefore nothing to mess with the unmuted alarm

When you say stand notifications you mean night stand? If so I use night stand every night and I have an alarm every day and my alarm goes off every time. Or do you mean like the stand up for the hour notification?

How many notifications does "night stand" give you? I think you've answered your own question at the end - remember some people wear their watch to sleep.

I turn on DND just to turn off stand notifications and other miscellaneous notifications so they don't disturb my sleep (I wear my watch to sleep and use the excellent Sleep++ app to track my sleep). I don't turn them off for alarms.

In the morning, I have set it to turn it off automatically at 6:49 to get the notifications all back. I think what's happening here is that stand notifications go off after every 50th minute of the hour. Since I set my alarm at 6:50, the alarm goes off, and I also get the stand notifications at the same time. In some cases, the stand notification seems to cancel the alarm haptics/sound.
