Yes it is highly annoying they've seem to have done nothing to improve the update process. Being that it's done over wifi it shouldn't take this long even, taking in to account slow servers on release days. Once it is downloaded to the watch it's still painful.
Mine took 20mins from download to finish on a series 0.

I can't see it, been trying since last night

Just put my Series 0 on a charger to start the update. Time estimate: 1 hour. We'll see.
Took about an hour. Can't be sure since charger is up in my bedroom. That is something Apple really needs to improve in later models (I'm assuming it can't be fixed in firmware).

Actually I think its a software optimization problem. The iPhone had the same issue until circa iOS 8.

Ok now. I use my watch to track my sleep but now when I wake up I already have 12 hours of the Stand ring! Anyone else having this issue?

since 3.2 beta 2 :

- french is now supported in scribble mode ("griffonner")

- series 2 only, and for those who wear the digital crown on the outside : you now wake the screen by rolling the digital crown upwards. it used to be downwards.

Thanks, I added those in.

For your second bullet, what do you mean "on the outside"? Do you mean on the left side?

Digital Crown on the left if you wear the watch on your left wrist,
and Digital Crown on the right when you wear it on your right wrist.
I prefer to use my thumb. ^_^

I tried scrolling through and didn't see this mentioned - but anyone else having issues with their watch continually losing haptic feedback abilities under the 3.2 betas? I've been having it happen since beta 2. A hard reboot tends to fix it for a couple of hours - unpairing and repairing seems to fix it for a day or two, but haptic feedback on my watch keeps on forgetting how it works. Just curious if it's something between the latest phone and watch betas or if I have some other weird issue going on. (I have an original model Watch Sport)

Hi everybody, I would like to know if the iwacth Gen-0 I bought that was in beta testing the previous owner removed it from the developers program and I had to update my iphone in order to pair it, then watch OS 3.2 GM is availbale will it download it or not? will I be able to pair it with another iphone i.e my wifes without putting that phone in beta? Your first sentence is a bit confusing (very very long!!). Are you saying you bought a Watch from someone who had it in the Developer program (and had the developer profile installed)? When you reset the Watch, all that should have gone away (as it is associated with the former owner's iTunes account, not yours). So, if you're on WatchOS 3.1.1 right now, your wife should be ok to have her phone pair with it. Though, I am a bit confused by your statement that you had to update your phone to pair it. What did you have to update to? If just iOS 10.2.1, then you're fine, I think.

No you didn't understand it has watchOS 3,2 beta so inorder to use it I had to update my iPhone to 10.3 in order to pair it. The old user deleted the watch from the beta developer program. So when the official 3,2 is released will it revert to it or not?

Will it revert to what? The beta program? No. Once you remove the profile, your Watch will not be getting new betas. If its removed now, you will get the release version of 3.2 when it is released, likely in 2-3 weeks. From then on, the Watch will stay on publicly released versions of WatchOS.
