Spoken like a true, intolerant liberal. Because God forbid people enjoy a movie that isn't Anti-American like 99% of what comes out of Hollywood. People should either love the country they live in or go somewhere else. It only makes sense to leave somewhere you hate.

And Eastwood can take solace in the $346M Sniper made. Senile old fools could never direct a movie since that takes more intelligence than acting. And since he produced and starred in it, Bradley Cooper is a fool too according to you? Probably. Well, that fool is going to make upwards of $100M off the movie as he gets a percentage of the profits.

Wow. Nice rant. I don't know how you got to where I hate America just because I don't like "American Sniper". Actually, I didn't even say I didn't like it, just that it wasn't Oscar worthy compared to the movies that were nominated. It's just a movie. Apparently "Love your country" means "never criticize it to make it better" or "ignore anything bad it does". I think it would be YOU who thinks Bradley Cooper is a fool because he's an actor. That's what you said about actors, right? Being a real American is living here in spite of all its warts and weaknesses because you have faith that the USA has the ability to improve. Real patriots point out the flaws so they can be fixed. Know what happens to kids when their parents never criticize them? They are weak and fail at life.

I'd love you to make a list of a few of the anti-American movies you have identified. I have no idea what you are talking about and it would amuse me. I watched "The Imitation Game" the other night. Was that anti-American? I also watched the "Lego Movie" and it was really good. I agree with people who said it should have been nominated in the animation category.

Doesn't make her intelligent. As for her getting an Oscar nom, lots of young actors have gotten them only to see their career go in the crapper later on. An Oscar nom is all about politics anyway, not talent or else Clint Eastwood would have gotten one for American Sniper.

He was making a comment that she was some brainless model. Being a model doesn't mean you're not intelligent either. It was a stupid comment that was presumptive and ignorant.
