Apple Watch Order Statuses Shifting to 'Preparing for Shipment'

just went to Preparing for Shipment.
My Stainless Steel / Black Sport are still "Processing Item" for 24/4 .

UK Preparing to ship...
I think they only send notifications when it changes to Shipped, not at the preparing to ship stage.
Mine is in the same stage...super excited now!

My status changes this morning - oddly the extra power adapter isn't moving yet. I don't think they have taken payment for the charger yet either.
I know they pre-authorised the watch even off my debit (not credit) card so perhaps they don't do this for low value stuff.

You sir, are a sheep. Prove it and you get my watch. Don't believe anything a company tells you. And subs out their work? They have a huge ass factory in China that they pay their workers 28 cents an hour to work at. They are no better than any other greedy corp. and there is not a single chance in hell they make only 30%.
No movement yet on my watches, both SS, one 38 for my wife with Milanese band, one 42 for me with SS link. But both extra chargers have shipped, with email notification they're to be delivered on the 23rd.

There is a lot wrong with it when you are a corp with a market cap nearing 1 trillion and you pay Chinese workers 28 cents an hour.

Ordered on 10/04/15 with email confirmation 9:02. Sport Space Grey.

Still no charge, still saying "processing" for my 42mm SS classic buckle with 24/4-8/5 delivery date
More and more in the UK are getting progress one way or another, guess I can assume i'm not going to be getting it on friday

Still can't dig up tracking info on the UPS web site by phone number like some have been able to. But at least both of the watches I ordered have been charged and have "Preparing for shipment" status. I won't feel confident of a Friday delivery until I have tracking info.
Spoke to a UK Apple customer service agent or whatever and all he could say is:
"I can see that the payment has been approved, I cannot see any further information in payment details, you can check this with paypal. But everything looks fine and you will get a shipping notification when the item is shipped"
Still haven't actually been charged yet and the watch still shows "processing" on the Apple site, really not looking good for a Friday delivery now......

Oddly though, as others have said, my extra charger is still processing!
Hopefully by now yours will have changed.

Still find it interesting and more than a little bit depressing that all the 42mm space gray sports seem to be going to Europe and Asia and folks in the U.S. Thus far have been pretty boned.

How quickly after the status changes from processing to preparing for shipment did people get their tracking info ?
How quickly after the status changes from processing to preparing for shipment did people get their tracking info ?
I looked at the clock on my computer when the order was accepted by Apple. Mainly due to the fact I could not believe how fast the order process was using Apple Pay.
Same item and time on the first one. I haven't seen almost any of those being charged and shipped. I have to believe that the products will be arriving and shipping on time, its just that shipment hasn't arrived in the U.S. yet for some reason.
