Apple Watch Pre-Orders Now Shipping for April 24 Delivery

Just chatted with a specialist at Apple. I ordered the 42mm space gray with confirmation at 2:04am and am still showing "Processing Items". The specialist looked up my order and told me it's still 'open' and in the warehouse. In his opinion, he said he think it should be shipped sometime mid-next week.

I don't think they have even made the pink sport yet. Haven't heard of a single person yet who has had any movement. Why offer or tell people available 4/24-5/8 if no one can get it on 4/24? That seems misleading....they could have put like 4/28-5/8. They had to have known they had ZERO watches made. And the part that makes me the most frustrated is that they could have contacted all the people who ordered and got the 4/24-5/8 time frame and asked them if they wanted to switch to one of the colors that they are now sending to people who ordered with the May and June time frames. I would have gladly switched as I'm sure many others would have.
Just communication in general would have been nice instead of some automated email that was sent out to everyone. I hate feeling let down because I believed that ordering at 3:03am EST time and thought for sure I would be included in the first wave. Yes for all of you that are going to get on here and respond and say "it's a RANGE" they didn't lie, they didn't do this and that, it's based on first come first serve, it's based on the watch you ordered, don't worry about what other people are doing and getting....yeah whatever I've heard it before and you are probably one of the ones getting it tomorrow. So congrats! I actually am happy for you but try to see it from the other side and feeling let down because of how it is appearing. It seems Apple is serving people after me (and many others). I know it will come eventually but it doesn't mean we aren't a little disappointed that people with the delivery range after ours are getting there's tomorrow. A lot of us probably would have taken that watch gladly and switched out the band later!
So anyway congrats to all of you who are receiving it tomorrow! Hang in there everyone who isn't...I'm right there with you.
I'm in the same boat. Ordered the Pink Sport 42 MM 1203 AM on Friday 4/10, got confirmation notice at 1210AM and still showing "In Progress". Nice to see a bunch of people got to jump us in the line.
My husbands SS watch, with black classic buckle, is arriving tomorrow!!! 12:03 order time... We're in Cupertino, CA... My SS with white sports band arrives tomorrow too... Mine was 12:05

I don't think that it is specific to the model. I ordered the same watch at 12:03 via my Iphone and I am getting mine tomorrow. A co-worker also ordered the same model, at 3 in the Morning and he is also getting his tomorrow. At this point I think is just random. There is no clear pattern.

Good to know, I was the 24th-8th, got billed with the first wave as well. Unfortunately I'm shipping to my office so UPS MY Choice isn't an option.
I did the same thing because the UPS truck usually arrives at 7am here at work, led to a lot of anxiety waiting for tracking numbers since I couldn't use my choice.
It's not the only model not being delivered tomorrow at all from what I have read. The 38mm space grey sport is not being sent out for tomorrow delivery... I have a confirmation from 3:01 EST and it is still processing. I have not seen anyone having this model sent... Very disappointing
I ordered on April 12. I'm not expecting a move until next week, but I am expecting to move into a late May delivery date. I don't have much basis for that expectation, just a feeling that Apple is being really conservative here with its delivery expectations.
I didn't get the email or a status update, but i'm assuming I am not getting it tomorrow.
Negative. I'm on the lonely island of misfit 42 SG Sports as well. WI. No changes anywhere. :09 order confirm. Not a big deal in the end.
I have June...NO CHANGE! When did you order?? My delivery date is expected for me bcz I ordered after the golden :00 by several hours...LOL
I ordered April 12. Hopefully in a week or so I will move into a late May time frame. Or at least get some clarity about June.
I ordered the same watch 2 minutes after pre-orders went live and I will be receiving mine tomorrow. I received my shipping notification email from apple this morning. Hopefully yours will come soon
. I haven't seen anyone else with this watch stating that they are receiving theirs tomorrow tho.Then how come my 42MM SPACE GRAY WITH BLACK BAND shows, with the TRACKING NUMBER THAT I GOT THIS MORNING, that it will be delivered TOMORROW????????

Question, if anyone knows. I ordered the same as above, to deliver to Sacramento, Ca. Ordered at 0003 hours. Got a email last night that says "We're working on your order". Checked my online status and its still the same. "Processing". Anyone else ever get this email?
I agree... hey, I'm dissapointed I'm not getting it tomorrow more than likely. But threatening to do a class action lawsuit? get a grip. they gave us a window that we'd be getting it in. AND some people are getting it. The majority are people who ordered earlier than me by 2 minutes or obviously less popular color combinations to mine.
The attitude of some people is just amazing to me.

However, Apple still shows "Preparing for shipment" and I haven't received an e-mail yet. I'm going to assume (yes, I know what that does), that the e-mails are just slow in going out?

i never got an update from apple when my order switched to processing now I'm hoping for it to move to the next step
