I mean it's also a fitness tracker...
Yes, but not at that price.
I consider myself unfit to buy it and monitor my weight by pant size
and belt holes.
If size 38/40 gets tight it's time to stop eating.

We all know the real reason for everything Apple does. And these are based on speculation.
Tim Cook has never revealed sales figures, supposedly for competitive reasons.

You'll gain the weight right back if you do that. You have to find healthy foods you like.Yes, but not at that price.

:eyeroll. If the next one has GPS and Cellular capabilities I'll be on the preorder list!!
Do you normally get lost on your run with out a GPS?Personally, it would benefit in my fitness tracking when I go for runs or bike rides without having to take my iPhone . The 6S plus is bulky on a run
I ran on the track team is school... we never needed a GPS to train.Still you don't need any sort of tracking for that. This is just OCD about record keeping and lets leave olympic in a separate box shall we. I run every other day and never same path twice without any watches.
utter nonsense. your buddies Samsung dont post sales numbers, nor Amazon. nor just about anybody except Apple. and as they said before launch, they wouldnt release it for this since its a brand new product and category for them, why give that data away to competitors? And these are based on speculation.

I'm just curious what is the point of GPS in a watch?

so your attempt at spreading more FUD is a complete and utter failure. again.
A little extreme but I like the way you think. This is proof AW is a flop. Kill it already Apple. Just let it die already!!!

Samsung gives out sales numbers for their S line, as far as I know.
I think those people who feel they need a GPS in their watch because of the modern sport of running are a small minority. I would think most people who buy smart watch don't buy it to run with.Nothing to do with getting lost, or navigation.
I'm not here to educate you on the benefits of GPS in sport, jsut cause you did not utilise it, does not mean it does not have a major part in modern sports. It's got huge applications from simple excerise to formula 1 . Already posted a link on how it's used in rugby......
With that attitude I don't think you will ever own one...Not buying until it can enhance my life in a positive and innovative way.
Because he wants to observe the Swiss watch industry ascribe sales declines to everything but the AW's entry into the market. And these are based on speculation.

My preference would be for a thinner watch. It's possible that adding a GPS and cellular would only make for a thicker watch.
Forget the watch. I want a Apple Smartbelt. It can monitor your fitness, let you talk to Siri, long battery life due to the size of the belt, get sports scores, translate languages, get movie tickets, listen to music with its loud 2 speaker stereo sound with big bass, tell you to stand up if you have been sitting down too long.
