Same I ordered 330am Blk SS AW2 with a black sports band and it says order processing and the dates are Sept 26-28. I received an email to confirm my order. Nothing since. No charges.

My 42SBSS is in Louisville. Tracking doesn't say anything about needing a signature. Apple still shows Preparing for Shipment. I might not make it home before UPS delivers on Friday; will they need a sig? Or just leave it? I guess I could just hold it at the ups store.

Yep. That's typical, and understandable.
Which is why I am having mine held at the UPS hub near my office. That is where it would go anyway before being put on a truck for delivery. At this point, with the watch still in Anchorage, it is not likely to arrive there during business hours tomorrow, but in some cases I am able to pick things up on my way home from work that would otherwise not be delivered until the following day. I was hoping.

Not sure if it's intentional, but my Space Black Sport Band is just listed as a Series 2 SS on my support profile, with an image of the standard Stainless with Milanese. Is anyone else seeing that?
Just got off the phone with Best Buy customer support heres what they told me. "Apple has pushed back the release date of the Apple Watch series 2 till the 28th. There will be no Apple Watch series 2 units available in store until all the pre-orders have been fulfilled."
Yep, mine is showing up as a gold watch and I ordered the silver aluminum. Don't worry am sure it's just fine.

I am surprised that no one has mentioned this. Sep 15-18 is Mid-Autumn Festival in China. All companies and factories are shut down for the holiday. Apple should have plan it better by releasing the new products after the holiday.

The watches are mainly all out of China by the 15th any still there would be waiting to ship from the airport so the factory side of things is already finished with.
