Apple Watch Series 2 Pre-Orders! Shipping Estimates, Order Time and Everything Pre-Order

So I went to the UPS warehouse today where I pick my orders up from. Talked to the lady and asked about my predicament. She said my watch left Kentucky at 4:30PM their time. I asked if it were possible for it to arrive in Utah tonight and she said yes. I asked if I could get it tomorrow and she said they weren't open tomorrow.

After seeing my anguished face she said hold on, grabbed a piece of paper wrote down a number and said "call this tomorrow and ask if you can swing by and pick up a package. There's one person that works here but customers aren't supposed to know that."

So. She was super cool and helpful and if I see that it has arrived in Utah tonight, then I may be able to pick it up tomorrow morning. if not, I have to wait till Monday

My assumption is that it has something to do with Customs since the item is being imported.

I bought a 42mm aluminum in space grey with the black sport band this morning via the Apple website. Mine says 3-5 weeks as well. Keep us posted on your order progression. I ordered two 3rd party bands from Amazon this morning also (white sport band and black millanease type) and they will be delivered this Sunday.

I ordered a 42 SS on 9/13 and got the 3-5 week shipping estimate. I hope they move it up. Never thought the watch would take longer than getting the phone.

I bought two new watches at my local Apple store in Penrith (Australia) on the 16th.

Apple Watch Series 2, 42mm Rose Gold Aluminium Case with Space Orange/Anthracite Woven Nylon Strap
Apple Watch Series 2, 42mm Space Black Stainless Steel Case with Space Black Milanese Loop

Both have a 3-5 week shipping time. Both say delivering between 17 Oct and 28 Oct

Another update. The f*cking watch is STILL in Kentucky. Lazy b*st*rds won't deliver it until Monday now. How do I contact Apple to complain about this horrible experience? I'm beyond pissed.

You should contact UPS, not Apple.
They dont own the fleet.

I just cancelled my 42mm SS SB with link strap that I ordered online on 11th Sep as I managed to find a pickup in store option in NYC last night that actually had stock.

That should move someone up the queue a spot!

My 38mm SS arrived on 9/22 with an original arrival date of 9/30. It made a few pit stops in Asia along the way, but never left the USA after originally arriving in the USA (Anchorage).

I ordered early on 9-10 and still no movement from the 3 to 5 week estimate for Oct. 11 - 24. I've checked all the places where folks have mentioned seeing them in stores and haven't seen them

I ordered one as well, but on September 18th with the time frame of 3-5 weeks and delivery on October 15-31.
I was checking the Apple Store website for Pickup and was happy to see the 42mm SS Series 2 with saddle brown classic buckle being available at the Infinity Loop store at Apples HQ. I ordered it and will pick it up today (Saturday) so one with the 42 SS Series 2 white sport band should move up!

I haven't seen any SS white sport band available yet on the website for pick up.

I ordered the same on 9/13 and have the 3-5 scheduled for 10/12-10/25. Knowing you ordered right away helps me know that my wait will probably be that long.

This is weird I was expecting my Apple ⌚️ Series 2 Gold with the coffee woven strap on Friday then they rescheduled for Monday I Asked for a 2 hour window.

Now I just received a text from UPS that the ⌚️ is on the truck today and it is out for delivery TODAY!

I preordered on the 9th about 4:30am

Ps. I just taped a Apple pre sign form to my front door as I will be out from time to time! WOO HOO
