I just cancelled my order for the Cellular plus sport loop and ended up getting just the Space Grey Nike+ with GPS. I don't really have a use for cellular and can't see myself ever not having my iPhone with me. I was happy as long as the processor, wifi speeds and altimeter were the same, which they are.

with the LTE version, you also get 16gb vs 8gb and the back is ceramic instead of composite

I tried that in the Apple Store. It looks more pinkish than I thought. Decided to stay with the space gray loop one.

You probably saw the electric pink version. The crimson one is red and not available unless you get the Nike version.

Yes I was trying on the Nike version. It’s a kind of pinkish red. The electric pink is only available as a standalone band.

Oh wow. I have the white/black sport Nike now but have the crimson on order. Maybe I’ll cancel it and just keep the one I have....

The Nike+ Crimson is already in the store at least as a demo.

Here's a pic compared to the Black/Pure Platinum Sport Loop (on my S0) for reference. Note the stripes on the Nike bands, absent from the other Sport Loops.

I desperately want the Crimson band as well and I’m hoping Apple offers it separately in the future. I think it’ll look great with the space gray aluminum on my Series 2 Watch. I thought it was a bit pinkish though as well when I saw it at the store. It’s actually more of a salmon/red color. I googled Nike Crimson color and this is what their shoes look like in that hue.

Just an FYI - several stores are now showing pick-up for the Nike w/ crimson sport loop. Istockit has notified me of two stores in the Chicago-area today...

Well... I got my watch a week ago and finally got it set up today. I was originally going to go with a Zagg glass protector (have one on iPhone and iPad) but they told me the S3 version isn't available yet and the S2 version isn't compatible.

So I ordered this one off Amazon.

I work in a metal fab shop and it's a very dusty dirty environment with metal everywhere. Without protection it would only be a matter of time before the watch was scratched or damaged and I can't have that.

Look closely and you can see dirt particles... but it's on the protector... not the watch face.

Gonna roll with this case and see how it goes and reconsider the Zagg when it's available.

I've used a similar TPU cover for the past year with my AW2 anytime I was doing home projects (plumbing, flooring, etc) and it'd worked quite well. One note for ease of putting it on and taking it off; remove the strap piece without the post from the watch and slip the cover on the watch, using the removed strap end to help slide the last bit on the case.

Cool deal. Just picked up my wife’s 38mm AW N+ from the Apple Store in Pasadena, CA. My pre-order was still showing shipping next week, haha!! Nice!!

I hate protectors on watches, but would use one if I worked at a tough environment - but would take it off as soon as leaving the area again :)

I saw your response about the Zagg S2 protector not being compatible with the S3... and upon further review it appears the 2 holes on the left side of the face are positioned correctly for the Series 2, but when you place the case on a Series 3, the case covers the 2 holes, which interferes with the watch’s water expulsion feature.

That's what they told me anyway. Not a huge deal... first day with the TPU case went very well. The watch was protected all day at work.

I'm still probably gonna check out the Zagg glass protector anyway... but am good to go for now while I wait.

I picked up a Nike crimson last night at the store and cancelled my online order. It is a slightly pink color, more of a salmon. Its not bad, I like it and I am glad I got this version but it probably will not be my day-to-day band. I really like the black Apple sport loop.

ordered mine on 9-16 est del was 10-19 but arrived on 10-9 instead. there's hope...

Same but still haven’t gotten it. Getting annoyed as they have it at Target and Best Buy!!! In stock. Still haven’t even been emailed it was sent

Congrats- sounds great! Do you have any pictures of your Crimson Nike watch you wouldn’t mind posting? Real life photos of this model are scarce and of course I forgot to take photos when I was at the Apple store! Thanks!

Had the black sports loop one in stock for 2 days at my local store so I assumed I would get an email about my pick up but nope. I guess store pick up isn’t first come first serve. Should’ve cancelled it right away and reorder it
