Not sure which Trail Loop you’re looking for, but this morning Crabtree and Southpoint had inventory for in store pick up for all three but scattered sizes.
Really? Every time I’ve checked, they showed no stock, ugh. I’m wanting the M/L black/gray. Thanks for the heads up!

Been seeing them in stock in Miami apple stores last 3 days. Got me a blue/gray trail loop. My watch came with a black/gray trail loop. Really like this band.

Really contemplating getting either the blue/gray or yellow/beige trail loop. Decision…decisions….

Going to a store if nearby is prob. best.

Going to tell my girlfriend Chanel opened up next to the apple store and that "we should go" next week.

Note:

Chanel did not open a new location next to my Apple Store.

Just sharing how mine looks like with the saddle brown leather link on a 16cm wrist :)

Alpine - The design of the alpine loop far proceeds its reputation and look better than the ocean and trail loops (especially in orange). The hook to secure the band is beautiful. Great as a daily driver, but I wouldn’t wear it for a sweaty workout. As expected it gets dirty quickly, so frequent washing depending on your lifestyle.

In spite of myself and some previous posts, I went back to the Apple Store and bought a green Alpine Loop and have been wearing it this week for workouts. I think you're probably right about dirt, but I can say for sure that it doesn't seem to handle sweat/moisture as well as the Trail Loop (and Sport Loops). It really feels wet, in a wet towel sort of way. I'll go back to the Trail Loop for workouts - problem solved. ;)

I was very sceptical about the size.
I have skinny 160mm wrists, and my whole lower arms are skinny.

But I went to Apple Store and tried it.
To my surprise it didn’t look ridiculous on me.it’s not that big.

I liked it.

TBH I was never the biggest fan of regular Apple Watch design,I’ve had 3 of them but sold them all after a while (not liking the design they just don't look like a real watch -with exception of Stainless steel model paired with link bracelet- which now costs similar to Ultra even without bracelet band)

I’m now considering the Ultra.
IMO It looks far superior to regular Apple watch aluminium models.

I specially dig that orange button.definitely adds something cool to the design.

How are people washing their trail loops? My orange one looks almost black in places despite not really being used much as intended.

Just be aware Apple says this, among other things. Up to you whether you believe it or not, or have anecdotes like "I have done this for years with no problems," etc.

Rubber seals often have a coating (such as silicone or PTFE), some of which can be degraded by detergents.

Me: Wrong Mall, honey?

Me: Oh look, a new Dim Sum place just opened up around the corner, wanna try!?

Her: Dim Sum! Let's go!

Her: (Forgets about Chanel for a couple of hours)
Tell me you’re Asian without telling me you’re Asian.

Chanel ✅
Dim Sum ✅

Thanks for posting these photos. My wrists are about the same size so it's nice to see what the watch looks like.
What size band did you try on/end up getting, if you did buy the Ultra? I use the s/m band on my series 7 nike so am leaning towards a medium alpine loop.

Got mine today with the black trail loop strap. Coming from a 41mm series 5 I love this thing! Great size and the flat screen is very nice. Ordered the blue grey trial loop and the midnight ocean band.

I thought the prior gen black sports band looked good but the wife didn’t agree. She said it didn’t look like it fit the watch.

Didn't get the Ultra for sports. I got it because:

(1) it's the most feature rich Apple Watch you can buy
(2) It has VERY long battery life, and
(3) It looks cool on my large wrist.

I chose the black/gray trail loop then took a sharpie to that little orange (now black) tab on the end of the strap. I do love this watch - it's definitely a keeper.
