For those that are not interested in a Larger Display Apple Watch Ultra. Perhaps Apple can look into introducing Apple Watch Mini?

There is no “M” in Ultra 🤌🏼

Apple Watch ultra max plus. They gotta make it bigger so they can add 3 cameras

This rumor can't be true. I had multiple people in these forums tell me that Apple wouldn't/couldn't make a bigger screen for the Ultra when it was announced and I said I would wait until they actually released an Ultra with a bigger screen.

This will be a nice option for taller people. I’m seeing teenagers and young adults coming into my emergency department pushing 7 feet tall nowadays. I recently had a 15 year old come in who was 6’11”. 6’6”+ has become increasingly common.

My point being, everything will need to get bigger, from personal accessories to cars and houses.

The ultra does not have a bigger screen compared with the normal Apple Watch it shows the same content, it’s just got bigger bezels and case

When you are coming from previous versions like a Series 4 or 5. Yes it does.

For me, the Ultra is already pushing the "large" envelope. If it's thinner, I'm good. But if retains its thickness, that will start to look ridiculous - like wearing a dive meter.
The physical casing doesn't need to become any larger for the screen to get bigger. There are (relatively) significant bezels around its current screen that can be trimmed down.

A 2.1" screen is approx 10% larger than a 1.93" screen only ON THE DIAGONAL. In terms of display surface area, the new screen would be closer to 20% larger.

I wanted to buy an Ultra this year, but I after checking it in a store, I didn't see much of an upgrade in terms of functionality (for me)
I will stick to my S7 series, and probably will do the upgrade next year.

Absolutely loving my Apple Watch Ultra. The battery life alone makes it amazing. I'm a big person so the watch looks small on me so <shrug> that could be a factor as to why I like this as well.

Hopefully they don't do what they've done in the past - increase screen size but keep the battery the same. I'm loving this increased battery life and want it to continue! (Yes maybe the screen tech will help there?).

Being able to charge this thing once every 3 days comfortably is a game changer.

As these watches keep getting bigger I wonder how many people will opt to start going watchless again or even to a regular watch. Or a minimal smart watch like Withings watch?

If they can clean up the bezels and get the software in shape so it can more creatively use the larger screen (instead of just making everything bigger), I may be in.
