I am not saying that. All I am saying is that a person who has put $1000 for a phone which Apple considers the best phone yet, has the right to complain if he has issues.You can't pay enough money for a mass-produced product that is guaranteed to be perfect. Just not possible. You can argue that any product may not be worth the asking price if its flaws are unacceptable to you, but you can't spend your way out of every single product issue.
It's tough to use in Canada almost anywhere for 8 months of the year unless you're inside. And even then it takes a long time to warm up. When you're warming up your vehicle, that's the prime time that most people want to use their smart phone, but you can't get it to register input.
