I think the tv button isn’t, but I don’t recall for sure. I know that my installer wasn’t able to get it working with my fancy URC remote, for what it’s worth.

Unfortunately, not when you might like to still watch the game or scores while on a call or doing something else, etc.
Understood, I’ve never used it for live content, so I didn’t consider that need.
haha and wouldn't it be nice if you could use the remote you liked with AppleTV? oh wait, you can. Sooooooooo?
no it wouldn't. there are still shows with things like commercials that you can't skip. it'd be nice to be able to mute them.
Haha we wish. Most likely it will be A12X or maybe something newer. Otherwise it would cost too much. Just buy a Mac mini and plug it in to a tv.
