Ready for potentially the first $2k iphone?
Apple wouldn’t price themselves out like that. While I expect it to be more expensive, if this even exists, I wouldn’t say more than a $100-200 increase (which, I know.. still ridiculous)

Gimmick as usual though. Most applications do not support split-screen on iPad and that's a giant screen.. So odds are most won't suppose this on iPhone or it will be locked down to mainly Apple particular applications. From the article "the new handset will probably enable split-screen modes for certain apps" that would be great on the 6.5" iPhone X Plus, i also wonder if Apple will release a smaller Apple Pencil?
And:
"With the new lineup, Apple wants to appeal to the growing number of consumers who crave the multitasking attributes of so-called phablets" - I wonder if they will add new features in IOS 12 that we will see demoed on the Plus version, things like multitasking and so on.
I think if Apple were to do a Note like device (only better with IOS) then i would probably scrap my plan of sticking with my iPhone X until next year and buy it.
I'm thinking the same but about the priceI'm curious. . . at what point does a phone screen become ridiculously large?
We'll be looking at C$2k as the current 256GB is already at $1,750 with tx.Apple wouldn’t price themselves out like that. While I expect it to be more expensive, if this even exists, I wouldn’t say more than a $100-200 increase (which, I know.. still ridiculous)
I can't believe these morons are going to bring out the iPhone X plus the size of the iPhone 8 plus. Instead of just giving us the SCREEN SIZE of the iPhone 8 plus in a smaller body (bezel-less). Nobody enjoys carrying around a phone that large!!!! It's been the only complaint of the plus size phones for 3 generations... we love the screen size... we hate the big bulky phone. How is this not completely obvious to anyone with half a brain cell?

I’ve been looking for this exact comment since those rumors about X Plus started. And I simply cannot believe that you are the only person I’ve seen who did it.
Seriously, what is happening to people’s taste? Why does no one accept that something that is TOO BIG exists and yes, this is it?!
I get what you saying but even with Samsung having the advantage of not paying full price for their screens their phones are very pricey (most people with go on installments) - Apple will not lower their margins and we end it up paying loony prices.Imagine what that is going to cost!!!!
If they want to rekindle interest they need to evaluate their pricing strategy. Although I did go for the iPhoneX I don't think I would upgrade again very quickly, at least for another 2-3 years. Samsung seem to fit a shedload into their handsets for a lower overall cost.
You don’t speak for everyone. I’m perfectly fine with the old Plus size and now you’ll get another inch of screen. I also bet the new device is slightly smaller than the old Plus.I can't believe these morons are going to bring out the iPhone X plus the size of the iPhone 8 plus. That makes it a definite buy for me.Dual SIM is very interesting.
They already have that. It’s the 64 iPhone X.
While the 6.1-inch iPhone will feature a lower price tag, Kuo (and now Bloomberg) say all three devices will feature Face ID. The three devices will also feature edge-to-edge displays with the exception a notch on the front of each device that will house the TrueDepth camera system.
Dual SIM? No chance.
They'll probably add Apple SIM before they think of doing that!
Also, that'll mean they have space for 2 SIMs, but not a headphone jack?!![]()
Dual Sim = Internal Apple Sim + regular sim
If by "nobody" you mean hundreds of millions of people who use iPhone Plus, Galaxy S9, and many other 6.5" size phones.. Then yes, it's definitely "nobody".
