I don't see any white, Indian or Mexican's there. Isn't that racist?
why do asians always do the peace sign pose
My god that's a lot of peace signs. They look like tourists.

Did someone when selecting this photo to go public, miss the bloke front row and right, giving the two-fingered-salute, aka, the bird? Doh!
I've always taken the twos up to require an upward/shaking movement at the same time...I always have to laugh at my Taiwanese classmates who pose for school pictures or in this case, flashing the Peace sign backwards, not realizing it means "f--- you." Or maybe they do...haha.
You cannot be serious.

Next time Cook goes up on stage and lectures western audiences about diversity, he should be shown that first image.
Apple clearly holds such diverse hiring practices overseas.![]()

No, why would I be?
Do you know anything about Taiwan? Have you been there?
Edit to ask: Do you know what is a homogenous population?
why do asians always do the peace sign pose
Well, I live in Taiwan. White. One of the .66%, I guess. The thought of waiting in a big crowd outdoors in 33C (91F) and very high humidity for a store opening, ANY store opening, makes me shudder. But the thing about asian culture you have to remember is it's all about the group, not the individual. About doing things by procedure, not critical thought. The smart phone was MADE for this culture. Passive-aggressive and introverted, much more interested in interacting with screens than people. Of course this isn't a trend limited to the far east, but they take it to extremes. It's like a zombie apocalypse.
Which isn't to say I haven't met generous, lovely people here. But the whole thing with the 2 finger salute in every photo, grown women in their 40's into Hello Kitty and the general infantalism does get old.
