Stock is classified as a spoiler so please don't repeat it here if you do know it.

yea, I was afraid to look, mainly because I couldn't remember if the news section of the iPhone app was up last time I looked at it! gah this is so hard.

has anyone checked APPL stock? I always get really nervous if it drops after a keynote
It only drops because people hype the stock up and cash out to make a short term bubble and some profit. Has nothing to do with whats announced and I can say AAPL is under valued.

A lot of noob errors in here. Don't check ANYTHING! And stay at home.

You will ruin it for yourself.

I can say AAPL is under valued.

Somebody owns Apple stock :p

How can one get much info out of a stock plunge or stock rise? Doesn't tell me much at all.

It tells others (like me) information so please don't risk it... Even if you don't get something doesn't mean others won't too so please respect the rules and don't post stuff about it.

Spoiler Spoilers Everywhere!!!!! I just got home and figured this was the one place I could come where I would be free to let my eyes wander the page, but NO! None have been major (yet), but I'm getting worried. I might keep nothing but that keynote checker open! (Thanks for making that btw!)

My iPhone is at 4% but I haven't plugged it in because I don't want iTunes to pop up with a possible "An update is available" message...

I am watching the stock (because I don't consider that a spoiler), and I can reassure you that it's not doing anything extreme that would require your active monitoring.

Oh, yes I forgot that... Rest in peace Heath Ledger. A very good film and an excellent plot (and who can forget the explosions? That's what makes it worthwhile!)

IIRC, we left Heath hanging from the unfinished building. It's too bad he died when they were still filming; I'd like to know what happened after he was captured.

My goodness the Noobs on here sometimes. Actually posting spoilers! Seriously peeps., We don't want to know anything.

Sigh. Kids.

My music-related Top 12 for 2009:

1. Iron Maiden - Flight 666
April 21st, Maiden Day worldwide - a celebration of the best Live Act on Earth, taken to even greater heights (literally). Up the Irons!

2. The Beatles - Remasters Box Set
Years in the making, the long awaited re-release of the Fab Four's discography is a pleasure to the ears and a testimony of their genius.

3. Katatonia - Night Is The New Day
These guys worked slowly towards this moment for the past 11 years - a masterful, haunting work of art which transcends categorisation. One of the best albums of the decade.

4. Porcupine Tree - The Incident
Fantastic concept (and autobiographical) album, inspired by the way in which the media create emotional hysteria about insignificant matters. Steven Wilson demonstrating, once again, he's one of the most prolific and genius composers nowadays.

5. The Devin Townsend Project - Addicted
How do you describe an album that puts together the absolute insanity of Devin Townsend and the amazing vocal performance of Anneke van Giersbergen (ex-The Gathering)? Definitely one of the most criminally addictive albums of the year!

6. Alice In Chains - Black Gives Way To Blue
Unexpected surprise of the year? Without a doubt! 14 years after the last studio release, Jerry Cantrell brings back the band with an album that would make Layne Staley very proud.

7. Paradise Lost - Faith Divides Us - Death Unites Us
Somewhat unexpected (despite the hints on their previous In Requiem), this return to the doom sounds of their Shades of God / Icon / Draconian Times era, after years of average and unbalanced releases which followed the unique and wonderful Host. Brought me back to a time when these guys were my favourite band.

8. Depeche Mode - Sounds Of The Universe
A pleasant return to the dark sounds and a true celebration of classic analogue synths. Sublime!

9. OSI - Blood
Third album from Kevin Moore's (ex-Dream Theater) project, with the collaboration of Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree), Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth) and Tim Bowness (No-Man). Post-metal, ambient/experimental at its best.

10. Amorphis - Skyforger
Long gone are the times of Thousand Lakes, but this is another strong step
in the evolution of their peculiar and ever fresher sound. Excellent melodies, without exception.

11. Dream Theater - Black Clouds & Silver Linings
A new epic from the ubiquitous prog rock/metal project. Never less than great and with an impressive cover bonus album (Rainbow, Iron Maiden, Queen, King Crimson,...).

12. Simple Minds - Graffiti Soul
A welcome return to form of an unfairly ignored band. Probably the album U2 have been trying to record for over a decade.

What about you?!

Well...? Anyone?... Come on, I made an effort there! :D

Today would have been the perfect day to rewatch Lost season 5. I just *had* to do it yesterday and the day before that. I would have had something to do today. :<

i thought about re-watching the past episodes so i could catch up with what is going on, but there are so many complicated plot lines i think my head would explode trying to keep up with all of them and the clues. there are other things i could do with my brain, like master quantum mechanics. Lost rules!

I had to IM a buddy to send me this link directly as FF wants to open to scoble, safari opens to apple and my IE opens to my yahoo so i hopped on aim and had a buddy link so i could click. Im proud i made it this long but i guess the question is how much longer??

Thank you B1gMac! That was the perfect balance between not spoiling anything and reassuring me.

I don't know anything about Apple's stock at the moment. I was just curious to know your logic behind it.

Lets be realistic, the only way you could NOT know there was a tablet is if you were mentally retarded, hell its even been all over the REGULAR news for the last 2 days.

Secondly, there has been some spirited debate as to what kind of name the tablet should have when it inevitably arrives.

So what? These are spoilers. Even if it was so obvious, the trill of hearing it announced for the first time would have been much better than these bitter posts complaining it was 'ruined' for them (I realise my post also comes across as bitter).

The link has to come very soon now, I almost can't wait any longer... Just heard somebody was spoiled, that must suck big ass.
