after ordering my wife's phone, i restarted my phone and just finished my order. Apple store apple either cached something or its just pure luck but i purposely disabled caching on my DNS server so I would hit apple every time i refreshed the page on my computer or re opened the app.

Managed to order a Jet Black 128GB 7 Plus from Vodafone for launch day. Looks like carriers are the way to go!
