Apple's Online Store Down Ahead of iPhone X Pre-Orders

I don't understand. I have a 'reserved' phone "When we're able to reach the carrier systems, we will email you. ??? Huh?

id u use the iPhone upgrade program? I don’t show a receipt for it either, but my account status says pending
 
I love how this works. . .. I presave all my data weeks before hand and still have to punch my payment data and everything else in manually again.

I just finished mine on my Ipad. For some reason my App on my Ipad works quite a bit ahead of all my other devices. My phone still isnt up, but i placed on my ipad already

I ordered by 3:07...within seconds of it being made available on the app and I got Nov 10th-17th...256gb T-Mobile silver and black ordered via Apple app. Oh well...

I got my order in at 2:57 AM via AT&T site. Granted, I had the browser page open for the countdown since around midnight. I had went to bed for a couple hours and set an alarm 15 minutes before 3 AM. Order info says November 3 delivery so hopefully that doesn't change. Good luck folks! I'm heading back to bed lol!
 
Wow, I had to update my billing!!! well make a payment glad my net paid it quick and apple paid via apple.. I didn't see they had pick up avail that day :c oh well at least it'll be here at my home on 11/03 what really matters!
 
3 weeks delivery in UK. What a scam. I ent through my apple account over two weeks ago and updated everything, checked again a few days ago. And when I came to check out, it was old information. I got on straight away and three weeks.

Good old apple.com App still not loading and still in line at AT&T. However got in easy at apple.com! Preordered 256gb Silver and 256gb Black for launch day pickup!
 
I got in through the iPhone app and it took me straight to the "complete your upgrade" section. I went through the rest and it said delivery Nov. 3. However, I have not received any confirmation. Has anyone received a confirmation email? How can you get reassurance that the order went through?
 
through apple store app in US. if you pre-approved for iPhone x, you are directed to the checkout page once you open the app.

I had to order using the website. The Apple Store app was a complete mess and didn't work at all.
iPhone X 256GB will be delivered at the end of November.
 
Got the order in by ordering through the Apple Store app. Ships 11/17, which is 2-3 weeks. Apple store App took awhile to load, kept getting the "store is getting ready." Once in, add to apple bag, slight delay with at&t verification, and then purchased.
 
It's after 6pm Australian EDST and store is still down!! Come on people, come on!!
 
Damn, I waited and waited for the app to connect. Order was easy but delivery is for Nov17-24
