The new iPad is a replacement for the iPad Air 2 I assume? So they're going to have an "iPad" line an a "iPad Pro" line.

Same here, saw iPhone 7 Product Red

Everyone is getting really hyped for this. I can almost 100% guarantee that it might just actually be site maintainance and nothing new is coming. Any new iOS devices always get keynotes, only Mac refreshes don't. Considering the Mac Pro is aging poorly, I'm assuming any updates to it will be held until WWDC, or never. The MBP just got upgraded. Most likely new CPUs in either MacBook, iMac, or Mac minis. Maybe higher capacities on some iOS devices, larger (cheaper) SSDs in the Macs, and SSDs standard across the board (or at least Fusion Drives).

That is, again, if this not what I think it is (just standard maintainance) and everyone is reading too far into it.
100% ? check apple.com now :)

That's probably why they didn't make a big deal out of the announcement. Personally, I'm still hoping for some type of Mac-related event next month. (EDIT: Of course, I may just be an eternal optimist…)

Yeah I was in the camp hoping for Mac mini spec bumps... And I'm still sore they never originally released a blue iPhone like some rumors suggested, which I would have loved :D:D

How disappointing... I wish Apple would get their sh*t together and release updates to their Macs. I miss the days when Apple would release exciting new products regularly throughout the year. :(

Well, they almost lost me. I was already looking into a Ryzen-based PC and now I'm feeling even more convinced (you cannot imagine the specs you can have for the price of a 21.5 inch mac: 8-core 1700x, 16GB ram, 256 GB Samsung 960 EVO, 3TB HDD, basic geforce card and 4k dell 27 inch screen, tempting)

If only Apple would sell OS X!
